Crime in the Folsom community

March 6 Russell Cunningham, 55, of Elk Grove, was arrested for criminal threats and violating a protective order at 12 p.m. on the 10200 block of Cavalletti Drive. An unknown black male adult suspect stole two pairs of sunglasses from a store at 2:15 p.m. on the 1800 block of Prairie City Road. An unknown black male adult suspect stole five backpacks from a store at 2:50 p.m. on the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard. Joseph Ugsand, 27, of Mather, was arrested for public intoxication at 8:45 p.m. on Sutter Street and Wool Street. Clarence Grey, 29, of Sacramento, was arrested for violating probation at 11:20 p.m. on the 1000 block of Riley Street. March 7 An unknown suspect broke into a vehicle and stole electrician tools and paperwork at 8:30 a.m. on the 700 block of Canyon Terrace Lane. An unknown suspect stole a purse containing cash, credit cards and identification from a shopping cart at 11:55 a.m. on the 400 block of Blue Ravine Road. An unknown female suspect fraudulently used someone's identity to obtain a vehicle at 1:10 p.m. on the 9500 block of Greenback Lane. Hanna Mortensen, 24, of Folsom, was arrested for credit card fraud and loitering at 5:25 p.m. on the 1100 block of School Street. March 8 An unknown suspect stole memory cards at 9:40 a.m. on the 1900 block of Prairie City Road. An unknown suspect smashed a vehicle's window and stole a wallet at 7:50 p.m. on the 1000 block of E. Bidwell Street. Credit cards were later fraudulently used. An unknown suspect entered a residence through an unlocked rear door and stole $500 in coins, miscellaneous jewelry and guns at 8:35 p.m. on the 300 block of Parker Drive. Michael Tellez, 33, and Mary Amuzie, 52, both of Sacramento, were arrested at 8:50 p.m. on the 1000 block of Riley Street. Tellez was arrested for burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime and possession of a controlled substance. Amuzie was arrested for burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime, possession of illegal drugs with the intent to sell, possession of burglary tools and violating probation. March 9 Felisha Haluzak, 30, of Sacramento, was arrested for public intoxication at 2:35 a.m. on the 700 block of Gold Lake Drive. Colleen Evans, 22, of El Dorado County, was arrested for driving under the influence at 3:10 a.m. on E. Natoma Street and Green Valley Road. Andrew Dustra-Tristao, 23, of West Sacramento, was arrested following a traffic collision for driving under the influence at 4:15 p.m. on Blue Ravine Road and Prairie City Road. An unknown suspect smashed a vehicle's window and stole a purse and other miscellaneous items at 7:25 p.m. on the 13300 block of Folsom Boulevard. March 10 Masai Sumbi, 21, of Folsom, was arrested for driving under the influence at 3:25 a.m. on the 1000 block of Riley Street. Joseph Field, 36, of Sacramento, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance at 7 p.m. on Riley Street and Glenn Drive. Sam Strokes, 29, of Roseville, wad arrested for shoplifting at 9 p.m. on the 1000 block of Riley Street. An unknown suspect smashed a vehicle's window and stole $1,200 worth of clothing at 10 p.m. on the 200 block of Palladio Parkway. March 11 An unknown suspect smashed a vehicle's window and stole a leather jacket and camera at 7:50 a.m. on the 100 block of Ferry Circle. An unknown suspect fraudulently wrote a $110,000 check and cashed the check in July of 2018, and was reported at 9:20 a.m. on the 1100 block of Bramble Lane. An unknown suspect stole a vehicle's license plate at 11 a.m. on the 100 block of Bayline Circle. An unknown suspect stole a disabled placard from a vehicle at 1:50 p.m. on the 1000 block of Riley Street. An unknown suspect cut locks from a vehicle at 2:30 p.m. on the 100 block of Ferry Circle. No entry was made. An unknown suspect gained entry to a vehicle and stole tools at 2:30 p.m. on Black Diamond Drive and Natoma Station Drive. Jade Gonzalez, 25, of Woodland, was arrested for driving under the influence at 3:45 p.m. on the 2700 block of E. Bidwell Street. John Lovette, 46, of Folsom, was arrested for public intoxication at 5:20 p.m. on the 300 block of E. Bidwell Street. An unknown suspect stole a vehicle's license plate at 5:35 p.m. on the 300 block of Plaza Drive. Christopher Smith, 45, of El Dorado County, was arrested for public intoxication at 9:45 p.m. on the 100 block of Iron Point Road.
