Trespassing and stalking charges in Auburn

March 8 Brandon David Kuzmich, 33, of Foresthill was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, in possession of a controlled substance and possessing controlled substance paraphernalia on the corner of Herr Way and Mikkelsen Drive. March 3 Karina Silvasbellanca, 34, of Applegate was arrested at 6:08 a.m. on suspicion of trespassing on the 300 block of Elm Avenue. Matthew James Emberson, 37, of Auburn was arrested at 3:57 p.m. on suspicion of vandalism of $400 or more and for obstructing a police officer at the 200 block of Nevada Street. March 2 Aliksandria Hart Prout, 28, of Fair Oaks was arrested at 9 a.m. for stalking and violating a temporary restraining order.
