Romero was released on citation. Vandalism was reported at 11:30 a.m. July 12 at the 100 block of McBean Park Drive. Reporting party said someone cut fence surrounding storage facility. Vandalism was reported at 11:54 a.m. July 12 at the 1800 block of Ladera Drive. Reporting party said a silver Jeep Wrangler drove through and damaged security gate. Robbery was reported at 3:52 p.m. July 12 at the 100 block of Joiner Parkway. Reporting party said male juvenile stealing in store got into a physical altercation with store owner. Karen Gonsalves, 57, of Citrus Heights was arrested at 7:38 p.m. July 12 after a traffic stop for possession of methamphetamine at Fieldstone Drive/E. Joiner Parkway. She was released on citation. Marquise Washington, 21, of Stockton was arrested at 1:51 a.m. July 13 after a traffic stop for two Sacramento County warrants (domestic violence) at Lincoln Boulevard/Ferrari Ranch Road. Washington was booked at the South Placer Jail. Mary Mayhorn, 30, of Lincoln was arrested at 12:39 a.m. July 14 for battery on a spouse/cohabitant. She was booked at the South Placer Jail. Grand theft of a catalytic converter was reported at 7:06 a.m. July 14 at the 100 block of South O Street. Petty theft of four-wheel custom-made cart from park's baseball field was reported at 8:29 a.m. July 14 at the 600 block of Groveland Lane. Grand theft of a catalytic converter was reported at 11:13 a.m. July 14 at the 1700 block of 1st Street. Stolen vehicle was reported at 2:22 p.m. July 14 at the 1700 block of 3rd Street. Petty theft of a bag of meat by a male was reported at 5:26 p.m. July 14 at the 600 block of 5th Street. Michelle Winn, 27, of Lincoln, and Earl Frank, 30, of North Highlands were arrested at 8 p.m. July 14 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Winn was arrested for possession of heroin and three Placer County warrants (possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and burglary tools, conspiracy, theft, and being under the influence of drugs). Frank was arrested for warrants (possession of a controlled substance, possession of burglary tools, conspiracy and traffic). Both were booked at the South Placer Jail. Holly Webster, 26, of Walnut Creek was arrested at 4:03 a.m. July 15 for possession of drug paraphernalia and a Placer County warrant (possession of meth/drug paraphernalia) at the 700 block of E. Joiner Parkway. She was released on citation. Banom Leege, 24, of Lincoln was arrested at 7:33 a.m. July 15 after a traffic stop for possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia at Lincoln Boulevard/Gateway Drive. He was released on citation. Fraud was reported at 6:17 p.m. July 15 at the 1500 block of Topanga Lane. Reporting party said suspect obtained $8,000 fraudulently by stating in a phone call they were from Apple tech support. Neil Garcia-Wertman, 35 and a transient, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. July 16 for a Yolo County felony warrant (assault with a deadly weapon) at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Grand theft of a truck's catalytic converter was reported at 5:41 a.m. July 16 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Grand theft of a car's catalytic converter was reported at 10:38 a.m. July 16 at the 100 block of South O Street. Fraud was reported at 12:56 p.m. July 16 at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Reporting party said female tried to obtain oxycodone with fraudulent prescription. Dustin DelCarlo, 41, of Lincoln was arrested at 8:49 p.m July 16 after a traffic stop at 5th Street/H Street. Following a parole search, Del Carlo was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He was released on citation. Charles Colvin, 55, of Sacramento was arrested at 10:07 p.m. July 16 after a traffic stop for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of pepper spray by a prohibited person (convicted felon) at Nelson Lane/Highway 65. He was released on citation. Vehicle burglary was reported at 11:41 p.m. July 16 at Lincoln Boulevard/Highway 65. Reporting party said someone broke driver's vehicle side window and stole items. Petty theft of mountain bike from front porch was reported at 8:03 a.m. July 17 at 5th Street/Joiner Parkway. Petty theft of $255 in store merchandise by a male earlier this week was reported at 3:14 p.m. July 17 at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Grand theft of vehicle catalytic converter was reported at 4:34 p.m. July 17 at the 100 block of South O Street. Bret O'Neal, 50, of Lincoln was arrested at 11:10 a.m. July 18 for interfering with a peace officer at Twelve Bridges Drive/E. Joiner Parkway. O'Neal was booked at the South Placer Jail. Zachary Dennis, 32 and a transient, was arrested at 12:06 p.m. July 18 for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false identification to a peace officer at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was released on citation. Petty theft was reported at 12:36 p.m. July 18 at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Reporting party said male fled store with stolen alcohol. Jose Perez, 37 and a transient, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. July 18 for violation of a domestic violence restraining order. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Moses Lopez, 57, of Lincoln was arrested at 12:48 p.m. July 18 after a traffic stop for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at the 100 block of S. O Street. He was released on citation. Vicente Rodriguez, 24 and a transient, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. July 18 for a Sacramento County felony warrant (possession of ammunition by a convicted felon) at the 1000 block of 2nd Street. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Cesar Cruz-Velasco, 27 and a transient, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. July 18 for public intoxication at the 600 block of Lincoln Boulevard.
