Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Felony threat arrest, identity theft, more

Sept. 11 A 40-year-old Roseville resident reported a theft in the 3700 block of Annabelle Avenue in Roseville. An unknown individual stole $22 in cash from one vehicle and $25 in cash and six Ritalin pills, valued at $100, from a second vehicle. A total loss of $147 was reported. Sept. 12 John Fredrick Spears, 53, of Marysville was arrested on suspicion of vehicle burglary at Thunder Valley Casino outside Lincoln. It was reported the suspect was seen on video tampering with a vehicle and removing a DeWalt tool bag from the vehicle. Tera Renee Tollestrup, 35, of North Highlands was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property, possession of personal identifying information, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest followed a traffic stop in the Baseline Road and Fiddyment Road area of Roseville. Todd Charles Nichols, 49, of Live Oak was arrested on suspicion of burglary and driving with a suspended driver's license. Jennifer Susan Mundt, 43, of Wheatland was also arrested on suspicion of burglary. The arrests took place in the 1800 block of Riosa Road in Sheridan. A 65-year-old Loomis resident reported a prowler in the 3500 block of Rocky Hill Court in Loomis. An unknown individual knocked at his back door, days after a screen was pried open, and left once he discovered someone was home. Dulce Karen Delgado, a 27-year-old Sacramento transient, was arrested on suspicion of identity theft, meth possession, heroin possession and bringing drugs into a jail or prison. The arrest followed a report of trespassing in the 9400 block of Watt Avenue in Roseville. Sept. 13 Talauna Brandy Romine, 38, of Antelope was arrested on suspicion of possession of metal knuckles, possession of a stolen firearm, meth possession, meth pipe possession and possession of morphine pills in the PFE Road and Watt Avenue area of Roseville. Timothy Johnson, 42, was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, driving on a suspended driver's license and being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 19400 block of Sun Valley Road in Colfax. Christopher Charles Reese, 31, of Granite Bay was arrested on suspicion of threatening an executive officer with violence and committing a new felony while out on bail in the 4500 block of Shari Way in Granite Bay. A 38-year-old Sacramento resident reported a burglary in the Highway 49 and No Hands Bridge area of Auburn. Numerous items, worth $2,297, were stolen from her vehicle. A 64-year-old Auburn resident reported a theft in the 13300 block of Lincoln Way in Auburn. An unknown individual cut the catalytic converter off of his vehicle while he was in Raley's on Lincoln Way. A loss of $700-$950 was reported. Sept. 14 Brian Tawad Iklabuay, 42, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and vandalism in the 4400 block of Polo Ranch Place in Granite Bay. The suspect was found inside a residence and stated he was allowed to be there because his uncle owned the residence. The homeowner confirmed they did not know the suspect and no one was allowed inside the residence. A 40-year-old Granite Bay resident reported his identity was stolen after he received a notification that an unemployment claim had been made in his name. A 62-year-old Colfax resident reported a burglary in the Applegate Road area of Applegate. A checkbook, vehicle registration and insurance documents were stolen from his vehicle. A 53-year-old Granite Bay resident reported her identity was stolen after an unknown individual used her personal information to obtain a loan for $315 from Check N Cash online lending. Kyle Andrew Goldsberry, 30, of Citrus Heights was arrested on suspicion of suspected meth possession, driving without a license and possession of a pipe and hypodermic needle in the 8800 block of Cook Riolo Road in Roseville. An 82-year-old Loomis resident reported being bilked out of $2,844 after an unknown individual contacted her stating she won money in a sweepstakes and advised her to send money in order to receive prizes. Sept. 15 Michael Neal Powell, a 61-year-old transient, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 2800 block of Bell Road in Auburn. A 41-year-old Antelope resident reported a theft at Thunder Valley Casino. Her cellphone, worth $300, was stolen through unknown means.
