Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: RV thefts, EDD benefits fraud, more

Sept. 16 Eric Allen Warren, 33, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at Thunder Valley Casino outside Lincoln. A 76-year-old Auburn resident reported a theft in the 3100 block of Deseret Way in Auburn. An unknown individual stole a solar panel and batteries attached to his RV. A loss of $400 was reported. A burglary was reported in the 900 block of Placer Boulevard in Rocklin. An unknown individual driving a red Audi stole a stereo and navigation system from an RV. A loss of $2,200 was reported. A theft was reported in the 3700 block of Placer Corporate Drive in Rocklin. An unknown individual entered a Lamborghini and stole two sets of keys valued at $1,250. Lavell Shakim Washington, 26, of Sacramento was cited on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. The citation followed a traffic stop for expired registration in the Foresthill Road and Drivers Flat Road area of Foresthill. A 38-year-old Auburn resident reported a theft in the 11400 block of Dry Creek Road. An unknown individual removed and stole the catalytic converter from her vehicle. A loss of $3,000 was reported. Sept. 17 David Brian Seely, 71, of Auburn was arrested on suspicion of violation of probation in the 3300 block of Corinthian Lane in Auburn. Christopher Scott Moll, 24, of Nevada City was cited on suspicion of meth pipe possession and driving with a suspended license in the 2800 block of Bell Road in Auburn. A 46-year-old Loomis resident reported his identity was stolen after he was notified via email of a new Bank of America bank card for EDD benefits. An unknown individual applied for EDD benefits using his personal information. Sept. 19 Hassan Rashaad Jones, 30, of Sacramento was arrested in the 900 block of Riverside Avenue in Roseville on suspicion of possession of meth and metal knuckles. Roberto Manuel Villareal, a 36-year-old Auburn transient, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure in the 4000 block of Grass Valley Highway in Auburn. Richard Lee Sandoval, 38, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of driving on a license suspended for DUI, suspected meth possession and Post Release Community Supervision warrant. The arrest followed a traffic stop for high speed in a construction zone in the Walerga Road and PFE Road area of Roseville. Sept. 20 A 37-year-old Granite Bay resident reported a burglary in the 7800 block of Lakeshore Drive. A mountain bike was stolen from her garage and $500 in cash and personal documents, including a Wells Fargo credit card, driver's license and miscellaneous membership cards were stolen from her vehicle. A loss of $800 was reported.
