Michael E. Krueger 3/10/1958 - 9/26/2020

Michael E Krueger, 62, passed away on Sept 26, 2020 in Auburn, Ca. He was born here in Auburn on March 10, 1958 to Art and Sheri Krueger. The family moved to Santa Clara where he swam for the swim team and played water polo. After moving back to Placer county, he attended Del Oro High and graduated from Sierra College. He married Lori Clark and they had a son, Sean Michael, in 1984. After they divorced, he joined the Marines and was stationed in Louisiana until 1989. He joined the Nat'l Guard and worked for FEMA after the earthquake. Mike was an ultra runner, completing the A.R.50, NorCal 70 and many triathlons. He had a great sense of humor, knew the words to so many songs and was a prolific reader. Mike will be sadly missed by his son Sean Krueger of Rocklin, brother Tom Krueger of Colfax, sister Susan Landenberger of Grass Valley and his mother, Sheri Krueger of Auburn. He was pre-deceased by his father, Art Krueger on July 27, 2020.
