Early results: Chalamcherla, Rodriguez lead early results in Folsom City Council race

Early election results for the 2020 election have been released from Sacramento County Elections. Here are the early results for those races that the community of Folsom is watching closely tonight. The following results have been updated as of 10:30 p.m. In the race for Folsom City Council, 32 of the 32 precincts are shown as reporting early results show YK Chalamcherla and Rosario Rodriguez continue to top the votes in the race for two open seats, each with 22%. Mark Moore is Justin Moore is trailing the top two runners with 17% of the vote with Jaya Badiga garnering 13%. Justin Raithel has 11% of the vote with Justin Sanders holding 10% of voters ahead of Janine Bedley with 1%. In the Folsom-Cordova Unified School District (FCUSD) Board race, for Area 2, 21 of the 21 precincts are reporting. Incumbent Joanne Reinking is leading with 37% of the vote ahead of Tim Hooey with 34%. Hari Shetty holds 28% of the vote. In FCUSD Area 4 voting, 9 of 9 precincts are reporting with incumbent Christopher Clark leading with 63% over Larry Leroy Ladd at 36%. 61 of 73 precincts have reported. In the race for the Los Rios Community College Trustee Area 3, Chris Yatooma holds an early lead of 41% over John R. Knight who has 33% of the vote. Susan Didriksen has 24% of the vote in this area. Area 4 has Kelly Wilkerson holding the lead at 43% over Katie Vellegas at 34% and David Sandino at 22%. 91 of 94 precincts have reported. Pamela Haynes leads early results for Los Rios Community College Trustee Area 5, Tami Nelson leads with 64% of the votes ahead of Scott Schmidt with 35%. 107 and 109 preceints have reported. El Dorado Hills area races In El Dorado Hills races, the El Dorado Hills Community Services District contest for two open seats is currently lead by Noelle Mattock with 22% of the vote over Benjamin Paulson with 21%. Sita Burgess is over 19% in this race. Dan Sozzi holds 5% of the votes. In the race for the El Dorado Hills Water and Fire Board show Charles Jim Hartley significantly leading the race with 60% of the vote. Gartha I Willyard sits at 17.12% after early results released by El Dorado County Elections. The race for El Dorado Irrigation District Board Area 1 shows a close race with George Osborne holding 46% of the vote over Sue Taylor with 41%. El Dorado Irrigation District Area 3 is being led by Brian Veerkamp with 35%. Craig Schmidt and Michael Raffety on a dead heart with 25% each. The El Dorado County Board of Supervisors District 1 race is being lead by John Hidahl with 63% over Ron Briggs with 22%. The District 2 race is being led early by Ken Pimlott with 47% of voting over George Turnboo with 42%.
