Delia Lucille Meinyer (Bianchi) 9/19/1925 - 12/6/2020

Delia Lucille Meinyer was born in Lombard, Illinois in 1925. She spent most of her adult life in Roseville, California. She recently lived in Wyoming on a wonderful adventure with her son, Dennis, and his wife, Erin. Delia loved the wildlife in Wyoming, particularly the moose that frequented her yard. Delia was predeceased by her loving husband of 58 amazing years, Wallace Reid Meinyer. Together they ran a local business, DeLuxe Liquor & Sporting Goods, in Roseville for over 50 years. Delia's second career was in Medical Education publishing with NetCE where she worked for nearly 30 years. Delia was most proud of her sons, Roland Meinyer of Santa Barbara, California and Dennis Meinyer of Wilson, Wyoming and her two wonderful grandsons, Brent Meinyer of Wilson, Wyoming and Sean Meinyer of West Hollywood, California. Delia adored her great-grand-children, Sienna Meinyer and Reid Meinyer. Delia is survived by her sister Ada Phillips of Roseville, California and nieces and nephews; Paul Bianchi, Jr. (Lucienne), Richard Bianchi (Carolyn), Sandra Fulton-Olds, Lon McDaniel (Debbie), Jim McDaniel (Cindy), Phillip Stockwell (Shirley), Ron Stockwell (MaryJo), Tom Stockwell (Margie), Patricia Woessner (Mark), and many grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Special thanks to Sara Stockwell (Eddie) and Sue Meinyer-Rocha (Antonio) for their caring and support.Delia's life was truly well-lived and always joyous.In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Placer SPCA Adoption and Education Center. Internment will be at Roseville Cemetery at a later date.
