Timell Brown, 33, of Sacramento was arrested at 7:17 a.m. Feb. 21 for two Placer County warrants (possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia) at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Brown was released on citation. Dakota Scarbrough, 25, of Grass Valley was arrested at 1:01 p.m. Feb. 21 after a traffic stop for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at Sterling Parkway/Joiner Parkway. Scarbrough was released on citation. Wesley Wong, 90, of Lincoln was arrested at 4:10 p.m. Feb. 21 for inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse, battery resulting in great bodily injury and elderly abuse. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of a bottle of alcohol from store was reported at 10:13 a.m. Feb. 22 at the 2300 block of Nicolaus Road. Grand theft of $1,000 worth of items from store was reported at 1:41 p.m. Feb. 22 at the 100 block of Ferrarri Ranch Road. Carlos Hernandez, 21, of Lincoln was arrested at 10:38 p.m. Feb. 22 for driving under the influence of alcohol at the 2700 block of 3rd Street. He was released on citation. Caroline Withers, 39, of Stockton and Luanna Schmidt, 58, of Pioneer were arrested at 6:38 a.m. Feb. 23 after a traffic stop at Lincoln Boulevard/Highway 65. Withers was arrested for a San Joaquin County warrant (grand theft). Following a probation search, both Withers and Schmidt were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. They were released on citation. Daniel Gaisor, 34, of Pleasanton was arrested at 8:08 a.m. Feb. 23 for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. He was released on citation. Cole Brown, 18, of Lincoln was arrested at 10:45 a.m. Feb. 23 for public intoxication at the 700 block of O Street. Brown was booked at the South Placer Jail. Dareh Thompson, 20, of Lincoln was arrested at 1:03 p.m. Feb. 23 for a Placer County warrant (petty theft) at the 200 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Thompson was released on citation. Grand theft of a generator from construction site was reported at 1:30 p.m. Feb. 23 at the 600 block of Lovejoy Lane. Fraud was reported at 3:38 p.m. Feb. 23 at the 2100 block of Butterfield Lane. Reporting party said taxes were stolen from United States Postal Service blue bin and check inside was altered and cashed. Trevor Trimberger, 32, and Dennis Shrecengost, 37, transients, were arrested at 6:50 a.m. Feb. 24 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Trimberger was arrested for nine Placer County warrants (narcotics, theft and traffic-related). He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was arrested for that as well. Trimberger was released on citation. Shrecengost was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender and possession of drug paraphernalia. Shrecengost was booked at the South Placer Jail. Felix Dunham-Gutierrez, 22, of Sacramento was arrested at 11:36 a.m. Feb. 24 for a Placer County warrant (public intoxication) at E. Joiner Parkway/Westview Drive. He was released on citation. Vandalism, smashing vehicle driver's side window, was reported at 11:36 a.m. Feb. 24 at the 100 block of O Street. Petty theft of two bags of merchandise from store was reported at 3:21 p.m. Feb. 24 at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Duane Smith, 48 and a transient, was arrested at 8:46 p.m. Feb. 24 at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Following a probation search, Smith was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was released on citation. Emily Roush, 29, of Rancho Cordova and James Brumfield, 29, of Citrus Heights were arrested at 4:37 a.m. Feb. 25 at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Roush was arrested for a Yolo County warrant (shoplifting) and possession of methamphetamine. Brumfield was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Both were released on citation. Mario Garcia, 37, of Stockton was arrested at 9:32 a.m. Feb. 25 for a Yuba County warrant (possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia) at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. He was released on citation. Petty theft was reported at 3:23 p.m. Feb. 25 at the 1400 block of Alder Creek Court. Reporting party said suspect went through vehicles parked on street. Petty theft of a purse from vehicle was reported at 5:17 p.m. Feb. 25 at the 500 block of 5th Street. Michael Hillman, 35, of Lincoln was arrested at 7:25 p.m. Feb. 25 after a traffic stop for possession of burglary tools at the 1600 block of 3rd Street. He was released on citation. Johnny Hinkle, 61 and a transient, was arrested at 9:33 p.m. Feb. 25 for public intoxication at the 400 block of F Street. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Grand theft of a handgun by known suspect was reported at 9:59 p.m. Feb. 25 at the 1600 block of 1st Street. Petty theft of various items from an unlocked vehicle was reported at 8 a.m. Feb. 26 at the 100 block of Pelligrino Court. Fraud was reported at 11:22 a.m. Feb. 26 at the 500 block of Costa Lane. Reporting party said someone claiming to be a Placer County deputy called, saying the victim had warrants and would be arrested if $3,000 wasn't paid. Grand theft of a bike from front of store was reported at 4:20 p.m. Feb. 26 at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Brandon Leach, 35, of Sacramento was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Feb. 26 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. During a probation search, Leach was found to be in possession of a bicycle stolen from a local business. He was also in possession of heroin, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Arrested for grand theft and the drug-related charges, Leach was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of a small, white utility trailer was reported at 4:58 p.m. Feb. 26 at the 300 block of K Street. Vandalism, a smashed vehicle window, was reported at 5:04 p.m. Feb. 26 at the 200 block of Gateway Drive. No items were taken. Thuan Nguyen, 35, of Lincoln was arrested at 9:03 p.m. Feb. 26 for inflicting corporal injury upon a spouse/cohabitant. Nguyen was booked at the South Placer Jail. James Brumfield, 29, of Lincoln was arrested at 11:57 p.m. Feb. 26 for a Placer County warrant (possession of stolen property, false ID to a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy) at 3rd Street/O Street. He was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and was arrested for that charge as well. Brumfield was released on citation. Petty theft of multiple items from unlocked vehicle was reported at 3:16 p.m. Feb. 27 at the 100 block of South O Street. Petty theft of a pink slip from unlocked vehicle was reported at 6:04 p.m. Feb. 27 at the 400 block of L Street. Information is taken from area law-enforcement logs.
