Marck Martinez, 25 and a transient, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. March 28 for brandishing an imitation firearm in a threatening manner at Poplar Lane/Hollingsworth Drive. He was released on citation. Mark Butler, 48, of Weimar was arrested at 2:15 a.m. March 28 during a traffic stop at Twelve Bridges Drive/Fieldstone Drive for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a stun gun by a convicted felon and possession of personal identifying information with intent to defraud. He was released on citation. Sorn Chean, 41, of Sacramento was arrested at 6:34 a.m. March 28 during a traffic stop at Twelve Bridges Drive/Highway 65. After initially providing false identification, he was arrested for a Placer County warrant (possession of meth and drug paraphernalia). Chean was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and arrested for those charges, providing false ID to a peace officer and his warrant. Chean was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of a package from a front porch was reported at 1:02 a.m. March 28 at the 2000 block of East Cliff Way. Vehicle theft from a driveway was reported at 9:55 a.m. March 28 at the 700 block of Devonshire Lane. Petty theft of propane tanks from a trailer was reported at 5:32 p.m. March 28 at the 1300 block of 3rd Street. Jessica Farfan, 32, of Citrus Heights was arrested at 6:22 p.m. March 28 for driving under the influence of alcohol at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. She was booked at the South Placer Jail. Jill Waterman, 39, of Boise, ID was arrested at 2:33 a.m. March 29 for a Calaveras County warrant (possession of methamphetamine for sales, transportation of methamphetamine and being under the influence of drugs) at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. She was booked at the South Placer Jail. Grand theft was reported at 7:05 a.m. March 29 at Eastridge Drive/Helix Avenue. Reporting party said someone broke into construction site storage container and stole power tools and copper fittings. Rosemarie Kincheloe, 26, of Sacramento was arrested at 7:54 a.m. March 29 for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of drugs at the 400 block of Stockman Lane. She was booked at the South Placer Jail. Brandin Miller, 30, of Sacramento was arrested at 8:29 a.m. March 29 during a traffic stop for violation of a court order at Highway 65/Lincoln Boulevard. Miller was booked at the South Placer Jail. Burglary was reported at 9:50 a.m. March 29 at the 2500 block of Chesapeak Way. Reporting party said 20 interior doors at a newly-constructed home site were stolen. Andrew Bowden, 50, of Gerber and Tina Lopez, 43, of Corning were arrested at 12:02 p.m. March 29 during a traffic stop at Lincoln Boulevard/Twelve Bridges. Bowden was arrested for a Placer County warrant (possession of methamphetamine) and for possession of methamphetamine. Lopez was arrested for a Butte County warrant (possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia). Both were released on citation. William Boone, 32 and a transient, was arrested at 12:27 p.m. March 29 during a trespassing investigation and initially identified himself as another person at the 1500 block of 3rd Street. He was ultimately identified, arrested for a Placer County warrant (burglary) and false personation of another. Boone was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of $300 to $500 worth of store merchandise was reported at 5:30 p.m. March 29 at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Vehicle theft from a driveway was reported at 9:39 p.m. March 29 at the 1800 block of Allenwood Circle. Vandalism, spray-painted light poles, was reported at 7:18 a.m. March 30 at the 1900 block of Finney Way. Curtis Souza, 35, of Porterville was arrested at 11:07 a.m. March 30 for a Tulare county warrant (under the influence of drugs) at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was released on citation. Petty theft was reported at 1:05 p.m. March 30 at Moore Road/Joiner Parkway. Reporting party said someone smashed vehicle window and stole a purse. Zacharie Njomo, 23, of Lincoln was arrested at 4:03 p.m. March 30 after he entered several occupied vehicles and said that someone was chasing him at Lakeside Drive/Venture Drive. He was arrested for being under the influence of drugs and transported to the South Placer Jail. Robert Ryan, 36, of Citrus Heights was arrested at 7:35 p.m. March 30 at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Following a parole search, Ryan was arrested for possession of heroin for sales, possession of methamphetamine for sales, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of parole. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of several bottles of alcohol from store was reported at 8:21 p.m. March 30 at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Emmanuel Njomo, 25, of Lincoln was arrested at 8:51 p.m. March 30 for a San Bernardino County warrant (providing false identification to a peace officer) at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was released on citation. Petty theft of a bike from a front porch was reported at 11:40 a.m. March 31 at the 500 block of Chisleview Lane. Vandalism was reported at 1:32 p.m. March 31 at the 1000 block of Paragon Lane. Reporting party said someone tried to break into backyard gate. Petty theft of store merchandise was reported at 4:11 p.m. April 1 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Burglary was reported at 1:06 p.m. April 1 at the 60 block of McBean Park Drive. Reporting party said someone broke into storage shed and took items. Jayden Wertz, 20, of Lincoln was arrested at 12:35 a.m. April 2 for public intoxication at the 1800 block of 5th Street. Wertz was booked at the South Placer Jail. Vandalism, rocks thrown at three vehicles moving, was reported at 7:13 p.m. April 2 at the 80 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Samuel Banuelos, 22, of Lincoln was arrested at 12:21 a.m. April 3 near the scene of a collision for driving under the influence of alcohol and hit and run at the 600 block of Costa Lane. He was released on citation. Herald Mollet, 53, of Sacramento was arrested at 1:38 a.m. April 3 at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Following a probation search, Mollet was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and released on citation. Nickolas Jones, 23 and a transient, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. April 3 at Gateway Drive/Lincoln Boulevard. He was arrested for two Placer County warrants (possession of a billy club, possession of meth, being under the influence of drug, petty theft and possession of drug paraphernalia).
