Richard Hinks, 37, of Antelope and Paige Hardee, 29, of North Highlands were arrested at 1:44 a.m. April 18 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Hinks was arrested for a Placer County warrant (possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia). Following a probation search, Hardee was arrested for possession of heroin and violation of probation. Both were released on citation. Commercial burglary was reported at 11:06 a.m. April 18 at the 600 block of I Street. Reporting party said someone broke window and stole items from church. Randy Martin, 58, of Shingle Springs was arrested at 10:07 p.m. April 18 at a traffic accident for driving under the influence of alcohol causing injury at Ferrari Ranch Road/Lincoln Boulevard. Martin was booked at the South Placer Jail. Kenneth Vigil, 51, of Clearlake was arrested at 1:40 a.m. April 20 during a traffic stop for a Lake County warrant (possession of methamphetamine for sale) at Highway 65/Ferrari Ranch Road. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Ryan Doherty, 35, of Carmichael was arrested at 2:42 a.m. April 20 during a traffic stop for driving under the influence of alcohol at Twelve Bridges Drive/Industrial Boulevard. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Stolen vehicle, a water truck at a construction site, was reported at 7:32 a.m. April 20 at Ferrari Ranch Road/Highway 193. The truck was recovered the same day in Rocklin. Nikolas Kallergis, 31, of Sacramento was arrested at 7:24 p.m. April 21 during a theft investigation at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Following a probation search, Kallergis was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on citation. Victor Ramirez, 42, of Pacific Grove was arrested at 10:10 p.m. April 21 during a traffic stop for two Placer County warrants (possession of meth and paraphernalia and trespassing at a casino when banned) at Twelve Bridges Drive/Southcreek Drive. He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and was arrested for those charges as well. Ramirez was released on citation. Nicholas Mullenski, 34, of Sacramento, and Justin Trask, 29, of Yuba City were arrested at 1:30 a.m. April 22 at Stark Bridge Road/Kingsley Street. Mullenski had a Placer County misdemeanor warrant and fresh charges of possession of narcotics. Trask had a warrant out of Sutter County for various health and safety violations. Both were released on citation. Petty theft of a purse from an unlocked vehicle was reported at 12:15 p.m. April 22 at the 700 block of Bridgestone Drive. Moses Lopez, 57, of Lincoln was arrested at 7:12 p.m. April 22 for being under the influence of drugs at the 100 block of Ina Way. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Grand theft of a car catalytic converter was reported at 11:57 a.m. April 23 at the 600 block of Whitfield Lane. Stolen plate, a vehicle's back plate, was reported at 4:57 p.m. April 23 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Grand theft of cash from a business by a known suspect was reported at 5:07 p.m. April 23 at the 800 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Lydia Rowden, 35, of Lincoln was arrested at 6:05 p.m. April 23 for driving under the influence of alcohol at the 2500 block of Honeysuckle Drive. She was booked at the South Placer Jail. Damien Dreher, 22, and Chelsey Godwin, 27, both transients, were arrested at 8:20 p.m. April 23 at Crystalwood Circle/E Street. Both were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and released on citation. Juanita Arocan, 39; of North Highlands, Leo Loya-Sanchez, 28, of Sacramento, and Onesimo Chaidez, 39, of Sacramento were arrested at 11:56 p.m. April 23 during a traffic stop at Athens Avenue/Industrial Avenue. Arocan was arrested for two Sacramento County warrants (possession of methamphetamine and petty theft), Loya-Sanchez was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and Chaidez was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. All were released on citation. Alfredo Navarro, 27, of Lincoln, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. April 24 for a felony Placer County warrant (burglary) at the 1200 block of Poplar Lane. He was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was arrested for that as well. Navarro was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft was reported at 9:50 p.m. April 24 at the 100 block of Gateway Drive. Reporting party said someone stole mountain bike from bicycle rack at a business. Information is taken from area law-enforcement logs. Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
