Petty theft of alcohol from store was reported at 1:31 a.m. May 16 at the 600 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Robin Harkin, 33, of Sacramento was arrested at 9:42 a.m. May 16 for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Harkin was released on citation. Jesse Engineer, 24, of Lincoln was arrested at 2:29 p.m. May 16 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. He initially provided false identification but his identity was determined. Following a probation search, Engineer was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sales, possession of a stun gun by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false identification to a peace officer. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Fraud, using counterfeit $100 bills at store, was reported at 4:49 p.m. May 16 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Colbey Dickey, 26, of Ione was arrested at 9:08 p.m. May 16 for two Amador County warrants (possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and petty theft) at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was also arrested for possession of heroin and methamphetamine, and released on citation. Trevor Peek, 30 and a transient, was arrested at 11:13 p.m. May 16 for prowling and possession of drug paraphernalia at the 400 block of J Street. He was released on citation. Guadalupe Garcia, 36, of Sacramento was arrested at 11:59 p.m. May 16 for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Garcia was released on citation. Georgia Bennett, 33, and Danielle Watson, 35, of Lincoln, and James Brumfield, 29, of Citrus Heights, were arrested at 9:42 a.m. May 17 at the 100 block of S. O Street. Following a probation search, Bennett was arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia; Watson was arrested for possession of meth, heroin and drug paraphernalia; and Brumfield was arrested for a Placer County warrant (possession of burglary tools and methamphetamine). All three were released on citation. Vandalism, trying to pry open a storage trailer, was reported at 2:59 p.m. May 17 at the 800 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Joseph Patterson, 38, of Placerville was arrested at 12:09 a.m. May 18 during a traffic stop for possession of methamphetamine for sales and possession of drug paraphernalia at Industrial Avenue/Athens Drive. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Carl Roy, 53, of West Sacramento was arrested at 6:09 p.m. May 18 for a Sacramento County warrant (possession of drug paraphernalia) at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. He was released. on citation. Petty theft was reported at 5:09 a.m. May 19 at the 100 block of S. O Street. Reporting party said someone broke vehicle window and stole tools. George Lewis, 34, of Lincoln was arrested at 8:36 a.m. May 19 for battery upon a spouse/cohabitant. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Burglary was reported at 9 a.m. May 19 at the 300 block of Ashwood Way. Reporting party said someone entered open garage, and stole items from vehicle and garage. Joseph Haddox, 20, of Lincoln was arrested at 3:57 p.m. May 19 at the 800 block of E. 8th Street. He was arrested for two felony Placer County warrants (vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, driving under the influence of drugs, and resisting arrest/interfering with an officer) and a misdemeanor Placer County warrant (possession of a controlled substance and destruction of evidence). He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Trevor Peek, 30 and a transient, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. May 19 during a traffic stop for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license at 3rd Street/H Street. He was released on citation. Fraud was reported at 11:23 a.m. May 20 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Reporting party said victim filed for unemployment and someone withdrew funds from bank account. Jerome Dosty, 40, of Sacramento was arrested at 12:42 p.m. May 20 during a traffic stop for a felony, no bail warrant (violation of parole) at Twelve Bridges Drive/Highway 65. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Adam Susko, 36, of Rancho Cordova was arrested at 1:17 p.m. May 20 during a traffic stop at Twelve Bridges Drive/Highway 65. Following a probation search, Susko was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sales, transportation of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of a wallet from a vehicle was reported at 3:15 p.m. May 20 at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Vandalism, smashing vehicle's back window, was reported at 5:56 p.m. May 20 at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. Gary Sotir, 56, of Plumas Lake, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. May 20 during a traffic stop after it was reported that he threatened someone with a knife at E. Joiner Parkway/Fieldstone Drive. He was arrested for brandishing a weapon, criminal threats, violation of a domestic violence restraining order, and driving under the influence of alcohol. Sotir was transported to the South Placer Jail and later released on citation at a local hospital. Veronica Jaime, 47, of Citrus Heights, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. May 20 for a Placer County warrant (possession of drug paraphernalia) at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. She was released on citation. David Aragon, 29, of Lincoln was arrested at 1:05 a.m. May 21 for two Sacramento County warrants (driving under the influence of alcohol) at 3rd Street/R Street. He was released on citation. Sabrina Armola, 36, of Sacramento was arrested at 1:25 a.m. May 21 for being under the influence of drugs at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. She was transported to the South Placer Jail and later released on citation at a local hospital. Mary Rutter, 41, of Fair Oaks was arrested at 10:17 a.m. May 21 at Lincoln Boulevard/Highway 65. Following a probation search, Rutter was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and released on citation. Fraud, someone withdrawing funds from victim's EBT account, was reported at 1:48 p.m. May 21 at the 1600 block of First Street. Fraud was reported at 4:12 p.m. May 21 at the 800 block of Marina Grande Way. Reporting party said someone claiming to be from the Social Security Office scammed victim out of money by saying an arrest would happen if money wasn't sent. Vandalism, breaking a vehicle's rear passenger window, was reported at 4:39 p.m. May 21 at the 100 block of S. O Street. Samuel Bertera, 27, of Oroville was arrested at 8:56 p.m. May 21 during a traffic stop for a felony, no bail Sacramento County warrant (bringing drugs into a jail) and a Placer County warrant (possession of methamphetamine) at Joiner Parkway/Moore Road. Following a probation search, Bertera was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Brian Woodward, 27, and Katrina Ramirez, 40, of Sacramento were arrested at 1:03 a.m. May 22 during a traffic stop at Industrial Avenue/Twelve Bridges Drive. Woodward was arrested for a Placer County warrant (entering a gambling establishment after being ejected). Following a probation search, Woodward was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Ramirez was arrested for two Sacramento County warrants (petty theft and hit and run) and one El Dorado County warrant (possession of methamphetamine). Both were released on citation. Christopher Stefani, 46, of Lincoln was arrested at 7:10 a.m. May 22 for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at the 80 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was released on citation. Burglary was reported at 8:04 a.m. May 22 at Oak Tree Lane/Valderama Drive. Reporting party said suspect broke into construction site's storage container and stole multiple tools. Stolen vehicle from driveway was reported at 9:34 a.m. May 22 at the 2000 block of Butterfield Lane. James Newman, 62 and a transient, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. May 22 for a Placer County warrant (possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia) at the 2000 block of Butterfield Lane. He was released on citation. Joel Gagnon, 45, of El Dorado Hills was arrested at 10:20 p.m. May 22 during a traffic stop for possession of drug paraphernalia at the 800 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. He was released on citation. Craig Hoppe, 45, of Citrus Heights was arrested at 11:14 p.m. May 22 during a traffic stop for a Placer County warrant (possession of methamphetamine) and two Sacramento County warrants (possession of methamphetamine and unlawful camping) at Lincoln Boulevard/Ferrari Ranch Road.
