Fun at the Lincoln Showcase

It was fun Saturday at the 19th annual Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce's "Taste of Lincoln Showcase. Diana Burke-Fuentes, owner of Simple Pleasures, served spicy pumpkin soup to attendees. Rancho Roble Vineyards served a variety of their fine wines. Randy Peters Catering & Event Center served barbecue brisket with mashed potatoes. What a fun and tasty event with polite people! "Showcase for 2021 was a tremendous success with over 900 attendees and over 40 restaurants, wineries and breweries showcasing what they do best at their businesses each and every day," said Lincoln Area Chamber of Commerce CEO Tom A. Indrieri. "Throughout the entire event, the crowds enjoyed music from Aaron Burke, Billy Williams and the Instructors headlined. This event could not have been this successful without all our volunteers and sponsors with the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino being our title sponsor!"
