Grand theft of a vehicle's catalytic converter was reported at 10:32 a.m. Oct. 24 at the 400 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Mary Craig, 38 of Shingle Springs was arrested at 12:51 a.m. Oct. 25 at Lincoln Boulevard/Ferrari Ranch Road. A records check indicated Craig to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. She was released on a signed promise to appear. Joshua Wright, 33 of Woodland was arrested at 7:19 a.m. Oct. 25 at Lincoln Boulevard/Highway 65. A records check indicated Wright to have an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Petty theft of six rolls of electrical wire from store was reported at 12:40 p.m. Oct. 25 at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Grand theft of a catalytic converter was reported at 8:08 a.m. Oct. 26 at the 1200 block of Seymour Circle. Hector Quinones, 37 of Marysville was arrested at 9:47 a.m. Oct. 26 at Twelve Bridges Drive/Colonnade Drive. A records check indicated Quinones had a felony warrant out of Sutter County, was on federal probation and did not have a valid driver's license. Quinones was also found in possession of a controlled substance.He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Teresa Ledezma, 44 of Cameron Park was arrested at 11:53 a.m. Oct. 26 after being contacted for expired registration at Lincoln Boulevard/HIghway 65. A records check indicated Ledezma had a suspended license for DUI. She was released on a signed promise to appear. Petty theft of items from a store was reported at 2:48 p.m. Oct. 26 at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Petty theft of items from a store was reported at 2:50 p.m. Oct. 26 at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Vandalism was reported at 6:40 p.m. Oct. 26 at the 1200 block of 5th Street. Reporting party said suspects damaged side of victim's car. Fraud, opening up multiple credit card accounts in victim's name, was reported at 11:18 a.m. Oct. 28 at the 500 block of Copperwood. Petty theft of items from work truck was reported at 11:29 a.m. Oct. 27 at the 100 block of Flocchini Circle. Grand theft of a vehicle's catalytic converter was reported at 6:09 p.m. Oct. 28 at the 1100 block of Lawrence Lane. Petty theft of alcohol from store was reported at 8:27 p.m. Oct. 28 at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Vandalism was reported at 12:59 a.m. Oct. 29 at the 1700 block of 3rd Street. Reporting party said suspects broke front passenger's side window of a vehicle. Stolen plates of a vehicle was reported at 10:35 a.m. Oct. 29 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Petty theft was reported at 3:32 a.m. Oct. 29 at the 2100 block of 3rd Street. Reporting party said suspects broke into vehicle and stole wallet. Petty theft of alcohol from store was reported at 9:11 a.m. Oct. 30 at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Florian Njomo, 28 of Lincoln was arrested at 9:11 a.m. Oct 30 for shoplifting, possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to obey orders from an officer at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. A records check indicated Njomo was on probation. Njomo was released on a signed promise to appear. Debbie Hicks, 49 of Citrus Heights was arrested at 1:08 p.m. Oct. 30 for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at Lincoln Boulevard/Sterling Parkway. She was released on a signed promise to appear. Lewis Cantrell, 52 of Antelope was arrested at 1:08 p.m. Oct. 30 at Lincoln Boulevard/Sterling Parkway. A records check revealed Cantrell to have a warrant and be on probation. Cantrell was also found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine. He was released on a signed promise to appear.
