Vandalism, smashed vehicle windows, was reported at 6:34 a.m. Jan. 2 at Countryside/Schellbach Drive. Burglary was reported at 9:03 a.m. Jan. 2 at the 900 block of Sterling Parkway. Reporting party said suspects broke into business through back door and took cash from register. Burglary was reported at 9:20 a.m. Jan. 2 at the 70 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Joselynn Rodriguez–Rubio, 20 of Lincoln was arrested at 2:14 a.m. Jan. 3 after being involved in a hit and run at the 600 block of Zoe Ann Drive. She was released on a signed promise to appear. Jesse Frazee, 26 of Sacramento was arrested at 1:25 p.m. Jan. 3 at Industrial Avenue/Athens Drive. A records check indicated a warrant. Frazee was released on a signed promise to appear. Jesus Espinoza, 29 of Elk Grove was arrested at 3:15 p.m. Jan. 3 for grand theft at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Attempted grand theft was reported at 3:15 p.m. Jan. 3 at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Reporting party said suspects entered store, pulled phones from wall and fled. Petty theft of items from store was reported at 3:58 p.m. Jan. 3 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Vandalism, juveniles throwing fruit and eggs at house, was reported at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 3 at the 1500 block of 4th Street. Burglary by suspects breaking into front gate was reported at 4:42 p.m. Jan. 3 at Sorrento Parkway/Pheasant Lane. Fraud was reported at 9:21 p.m. Jan. 3 at the 1500 block of Moonshadow Way. Reporting party said a scam text stated there was fraud on bank account. Matthew Jaspar, 40 of Sacramento was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Jan. 4 at the 1700 block of Nicolaus Road. A records check indicated misdemeanor warrants from Glendale and Siskiyou counties. Jaspar, also on active probation from Sacramento County, was found in possession of empty large capacity magazines, a controlled substance, three pounds of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Reporting party said suspects contacted victim, pretending to be rental car company, and convinced victim to send money. Jordan Dobbs, 30 of Lincoln was arrested at 2:42 a.m. Jan. 5 at the 400 block of L Street. A records check indicated Dobbs to be on active California Department of Corrections parole. Dobbs was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and parole violation. Dobbs was booked at the South Placer Jail. Lori Coleman, 44 of North Highlands was arrested at 9:47 a.m. Jan. 5 at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. A records check indicated Coleman to be on searchable probation from Placer County for identity theft. A search of the vehicle revealed a driver's license and social security card belonging to someone else. She was released on a signed promise to appear. Petty theft of industrial paint washer was reported at 10:28 a.m. Jan. 5 at the 700 block of Valencia Street. Vandalism, breaking into mailbox, was reported at 10:55 a.m. Jan. 5 at Bidwell Lane/Sun City Boulevard. Fraud, opening up student loan account in victim's name, was reported at 3:55 p.m. Jan. 5 at the 1900 block of Deep Springs Lane. Drunk driver was reported at 7:27 p.m. Jan. 5 at Lincoln Boulevard/First Street. Burglary was reported at 1:12 a.m. Jan. 6 at the 1200 block of Southwick Lane. Reporting party said house was ransacked and items stolen by suspects hired through online company for housesitting/petsitting services. Grand theft of a catalytic converter was reported at 5:20 a.m. Jan. 6 at the 800 block of Lavastone Drive. Matthew Ashby, 25 of Oroville was arrested at 6:43 a.m. Jan. 6 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. A records check indicated Ashby to be a convicted felon and to be on searchable probation from Butte County. Ashby was found in possession of a controlled substance for sales and a loaded firearm. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of items from work truck was reported at 9:11 a.m. Jan. 6 at Stoneridge Drive/Spring Valley Parkway. Petty theft of a security camera from front of home was reported at 11:16 a.m. Jan. 6 at the 150 block of O Street. Fraud was reported at 12:59 p.m. Jan. 6 at the 1500 block of Regent Circle. Reporting party said a letter was received from car company stating suspects tried to finance vehicle in victim's name. Drunk driver was reported at 2:34 p.m. Jan. 6 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Grand theft of a catalytic converter was reported at 6:32 p.m. Jan. 6 at the 300 block of E Street. Grand theft of items from construction site was reported at 12:33 p.m. Jan. 7 at East Avenue/East 10th Street. Petty theft of an employee's cell phone was reported at 3:08 p.m. Jan. 7 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Grand theft was reported at 8:54 p.m. Jan. 7 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Reporting party said suspects stole about $2,000 worth in beauty products from store. Vanessa Leblanc, 37 of Rocklin was arrested at 1:09 a.m. Jan. 8 for driving under the influence (DUI) at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. She was booked at the South Placer Jail. David Hutton, 52 of Auburn was arrested at 7:23 a.m. Jan. 8 at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. A records check indicated a warrant. Hutton was also in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Kyle Turner, 21 of Sacramento was arrested at 7:51 a.m. Jan. 8 at Lincoln Boulevard/Sterling Parkway. A records check indicated Turner to be driving on a suspended license for driving under the influence (DUI). He was released on a signed promise to appear. Stolen vehicle was reported at 8:05 a.m. Jan. 8 at the 400 block of Joiner Parkway. Ashleigh Maldonado, 31 of Sacramento was arrested at 9:07 a.m. Jan. 8 at Industrial Avenue/Athens Drive. A records check indicated Maldonado to have a felony and misdemeanor warrant. Booked at Placer County Jail. Kenneth Whitfield, 35 of Sparks, Nevada was arrested at 6:05 p.m. Jan. 8 for driving under the influence (DUI) at Del Webb Boulevard/Ingram Parkway.
