Scott Gray, 57 of Auburn was arrested at 2:43 p.m. Feb. 6 for possession of drug paraphernalia at East 9th Street. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Dustin Hawley, 41 of Lincoln was arrested at 1:30 a.m. Feb. 7 for public intoxication at the 1100 block of East Avenue. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Robert Dacosta, 32 of Lincoln was arrested at 7:44 a.m. Feb. 7 for burglary, vandalism and possession of burglary tools at the 50 block of E Street. He was booked at the Placer County Jail. Recovered stolen vehicle was reported at 10:31 a.m. Feb. 7 at Ridgetop Lane/Deep Springs Court. Petty theft of items from store was reported at 12:18 p.m. Feb. 7 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Petty theft of items from vehicle was reported at 1:20 p.m. Feb. 7 at the 300 block of Kildeer Court. Petty theft of personal information and opening accounts in victim's name was reported at 1:29 p.m. Feb. 7 at the 2700 block of Winding Way. Petty theft of alcohol from store was reported at 4:31 p.m. Feb. 7 at the 60 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Wesley Cook, 31 of Sacramento was arrested at 4:40 p.m. Feb. 7 for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at 1st Street/Crystalwood Circle. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Alejandro Ausencio, 34 of Lincoln was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 8 for criminal threats at the 2000 block of First Street. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Matthew Fort, 50 of Auburn was arrested at 10:44 p.m. Feb. 8 at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. A records check indicated a warrant. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Shelby Merry, 29 of Rescue was arrested at 10:44 p.m. Feb. 8 at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. A records check indicated a warrant. Merry was also found in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Merry was released on a signed promise to appear. Fraud was reported at 3 p.m. Feb. 9 at the 1900 block of Deep Springs Road. Reporting party said someone called pretending to be son and saying money was needed after being in an accident. Petty theft of scooter's handlebars was reported at 3:11 p.m. Feb. 9 at the 700 block of J Street. Battery/assault was reported at 5:28 p.m. Feb. 9 at the 1600 block of 3rd Street. Rudolph Garcia, 64 of Roseville was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Feb. 9 at Twelve Bridges Drive/Eastridge Drive. A records check indicated Garcia to be on probation. Garcia was found in possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Joe Esparza, 51 of Lincoln was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Feb. 9 at F Street/2nd Street. A records check indicated a warrant. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Dewayne Moore, 35 of Sacramento was arrested at 1:02 a.m. Feb. 10 at Twelve Bridges/Highway 65 after being found in possession of a stolen vehicle. He was released on a signed promise to appear. Quan Hoac, 46 of Sacramento was arrested at 3:48 a.m. Feb. 10 at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. A records check indicated a warrant. Hoac was released on a signed promise to appear. Jason Dillon, 51 of Sacramento was arrested at 8:35 a.m. Feb. 10 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. A records check indicated Dillon to have a misdemeanor warrant and felony warrant. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of items from store was reported at 12:22 p.m. Feb. 10 at the 50 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Fraud was reported at 2:07 p.m. Feb. 10 at the 200 block of Norden Court. Reporting party said victim scammed out of money trying to make online purchase. Petty theft of package from front porch was reported at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 10 at the 2300 block of Meadowland Way. Michael Adams, 18 of Sacramento was arrested at 7:55 p.m. Feb. 10 at Lincoln Boulevard/Sterling Parkway. A records check indicated Adams to be a felon on probation out of Sacramento. Adams was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition, possession of high capacity magazines and possession of a concealed firearm in a vehicle. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Walter Shantz, 33 of Auburn was arrested at 2:51 a.m. Feb. 11 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. A records check indicated a felony warrant. He was booked at the Placer County Jail. Burglary of a purse from a vehicle was reported at 8:35 p.m. Feb. 11 at the 1900 block of Deep Springs Lane. Fraud, receiving a fraudulent check, was reported at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 11 at the 600 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Vandalism, spray-painting softball field and vehicle, was reported at 11:57 a.m. Feb. 11 at the 700 block of J Street. Fraud, scamming victim out of money online, was reported at 12:51 p.m. Feb. 11 at the 2200 block of Culpepper Lane. Marian Badea, 28 of Carmichael was cited at 1:26 p.m. Feb. 11 for violation of Lincoln Municipal Code 9.04.010 at the 900 block of Groveland Lane. The municipal code prohibits electrical devices and loud music that can be heard 25' away on private property. Petty theft of items from store was reported at 3:58 p.m. Feb. 11 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. Jarett Wilson, 32 of Lincoln was arrested at 5:24 p.m. Feb. 11 at the 700 block of 7th Street for being out of compliance for 290 registration. Kim Lewis, 50 of Sheridan was arrested at 7:27 p.m. Feb. 11 at the 90 block of Lincoln Boulevard. A records check indicated a warrant. Lewis was booked at the South Placer Jail. Petty theft of store items was reported at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 11 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Miguel Santiago, 23 of Lincoln was arrested at 10:57 p.m. Feb. 11 for driving under the influence (DUI) at East Avenue/E. 8th Street. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Cody Garland, 38 of Citrus Heights was arrested at 7:57 a.m. Feb. 12 after a traffic stop for expired registration at Twelve Bridges Drive/Colonnade Drive. A records check indicated Garland to have an outstanding warrant out of Sacramento County. Garland was arrested for his outstanding warrant, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and vandalism. Garland was released on a signed promise to appear. Recovered stolen vehicle was reported at 11:18 a.m. Feb. 12 at the 1600 block of Andover Lane. Skyler Evans, 23 of Lincoln was arrested at 9:37 p.m. Feb. 12 for driving under the influence (DUI) at the 100 block of E. 6th Street. Evans was booked at the South Placer Jail.
