Vandalism, fencing damaged, was reported at 1:18 p.m. March 13 at the 1100 block of Toyon Circle. Ernie Flud, 54 of Lincoln was arrested at 5 p.m. March13 at 5th Street/Joiner Parkway. A record check indicated Flud to be driving on a suspended license for driving under the influence (DUI). He was released on a promise to appear. Robert Caroll, 31 of Rocklin was arrested at 10:06 p.m. March 13 for driving under the influence (DUI) at Highway 65/Lincoln Boulevard. He was booked at the Placer County Jail. Drunk driver was reported at 2:18 a.m. March 14 at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Driver was not located. Balltazar Valladares, 42 of Roseville was arrested at 9:59 a.m. March 14 during a vehicle check at East Joiner/Bella Breeze. Valladares was arrested for carrying a concealed dagger and possession of a controlled substance. Valladares was booked at the South Placer Jail. Grand theft of a vehicle catalytic converter was reported at 10 a.m. March 14 at the 200 block of Coach Light Lane. Michael Crow, 45 of Woodland was arrested at 1:09 p.m. March 14 for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was released on a promise to appear. Fraud was reported at 2:10 p.m. March 14 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Reporting party said smog certificate of car bought from private party was fake. Fraud, asking someone to wire money to out-of-state account, was reported at 7:58 p.m. March 14 at the 800 block of Castleberry Lane. Maria Avila Campos, 39 of Sacramento was arrested at 1:55 a.m. March 15 at Aberdeen Lane/Patriot Drive for conspiracy to commit a crime, grand theft and driving on a suspended license for driving under the influence (DUI). She was booked at the South Placer Jail. Thomas Graf, 65 of Lincoln was arrested at 6:31 a.m. March 15 at a single- vehicle accident and arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) at Lincoln Boulevard/First Street. Jaime Parra, 30 of Sacramento was arrested at 8:28 a.m. March 15 for conspiracy to commit a crime and grand theft at Aberdeen Lane/Patriot Drive. Parra was booked at the South Placer Jail. Reporting party said a scam phone call from someone pretending to be from AT&T asked victim to buy gift cards and provide gift card codes in exchange for bill discount. Jennifer Thomas, 31 of Loomis was arrested at 9:43 p.m. March 15 for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at the 1100 block of Toyon Circle. She was released on a promise to appear. Stolen vehicle was reported at 5:49 a.m. March 16 at the 2000 block of Milan Way. The vehicle was recovered. Vandalism to a vehicle was reported at 9:44 a.m. March 16 at the 800 block of Lincolnshire Circle. Burglary of a backpack, laptop and jacket was reported at 10:22 a.m. March 16 at the 1400 block of First Street. Fraud, trying to cash fraudulent check, was reported at 12:39 p.m. March 16 at the 800 block of Twelve Bridges. Ricky Berg, 60 of Roseville was arrested at 1:10 p.m. March 16 at Liberty Lane/East 9th Street. A records check indicated a warrant. He was released on a promise to appear. Gregory Lagera, 68 of Wheatland was arrested at 1:36 p.m. March 16 at the 40 block of Lincoln Boulevard A records check indicated a warrant. Released on promise to appear. Recovered stolen vehicle was reported at 4:20 p.m. March 16 at Ridgetop Lane/Deep Springs Court. Casey Gradwohl, 34 of Livermore was arrested at 6:41 p.m. March 16 for driving under the influence (DUI) at Twelve Bridges Drive/East Joiner. Gradwohl was booked at the South Placer Jail. Drunk driver was reported at 10:14 p.m. March 16 at Highway 65/Sunset Boulevard. Report transferred to another agency. Arnold Kang, 37 of Sacramento was arrested at 10:40 p.m. March 17 at the 2400 block of Winding Way. A records check indicated a felony warrant. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Daniel Prophet, 39 of Rancho Cordova was arrested at 10:40 p.m. March 17 for possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of prescription narcotic for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) at the 2400 block of Winding Way. He was booked at the South Placer Jail. Jason Hudson, 45 of Manteca was arrested at 12:58 a.m. March 18 for public intoxication at the 30 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was booked at the Placer County Jail. Fraud, scamming victim out of money by pretending to be with Social Security office, was reported at 10:27 a.m. March 18 at the 1800 block of Glenbrook Lane. Fraud, altering and cashing check, was reported at 11:41 a.m. March 18 at the 2100 block of Stone House Circle. Fraud, accessing bank account and stealing money, was reported at 1:26 p.m. March 18 at the 2800 block of Camero Drive. Curtis Eeds, 32 of Sheridan was arrested at 3:36 p.m. March 18 for shoplifting at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane.. A records check also indicated a warrant. He was released on a promise to appear. Brandishing was reported at 7:16 p.m. March 18 at Highway 65/Twelve Bridges Drive. Reporting party said someone brandished a handgun after cutting off victim on freeway. The individual was not located. Vandalism, wall spray-painted, was reported at 7:30 p.m. March 18 at the 300 block of Ferrari Ranch Way. Vandalism in progress was reported at 10:59 p.m. March 18 at the 400 block of Snapdragon Lane. Reporting party said victim's vehicle windshield was broken by a known suspect. Roy Thomas, 59 of Olivehurst was arrested at 6:43 a.m. March 19 for possession of a stolen vehicle at the 900 block of Twelve Bridges Drive. Walter Sanders, 46 of Yuba City was arrested at 1:49 p.m. March 19 at Lincoln Boulevard/Southbound Highway 65. A records check indicated Sanders to be on searchable probation. Sanders was found in possession of a controlled substance. Released on promise to appear. Vandalism by juveniles spray painting playground, sidewalk and benches, was reported at 6:22 p.m. March 19 at the 300 block of Danbury Lane. Information is taken from area law-enforcement logs.
