Kevin Dolan Kirkpatrick

Long time Auburn resident, Kevin Kirkpatrick passed away March 18 of this year. At the time of his death, Kevin was a patient at Auburn Oaks Skilled Nursing Facility.Kevin was born at the McNary General Hospital in a small lumber town on The White Mountain Apache Reservation in Eastern Arizona.At age two, he and his family moved to Auburn. Here Kevin grew up, attended school, lived, worked, and assisted in the care of his parents until their deaths.A friend to many, Kevin was a 40 year member of Auburnʼs AA community. He is remembered as a caring and helpful person whether offering comfort and counseling, or a ride, these always given with a sense of humor.The youngest of four brothers, Kevin is preceded in death by his parents, Katharine and Leverett, as well as a brother, John. He is survived by two older brothers, Gerald (Tanya) of Scottsdale, Arizona, and Dick (Sherri) of Oracle, Arizona. Uncle Kevin also leaves loving nieces and nephews, many cousins, and long time Auburn friends.A memorial service is planned in his honor May 21at 2:00 pm at The First Congregational Church, 710 Ravine Rd. in Auburn.
