Auburn incident report: 4 spousal abuse arrests and 4 DUIs

Editor's note: Arrest reports are released by the Auburn Police Department. Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty. Charges can be amended or dismissed. April 10 Ryan Christopher Lutz, 50, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 100 block of Harrison Avenue. April 8 Rylee Nicole Sanders, 23, was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Andrews Street at Live Oak Street. April 5 Aaron Riley Noble, 33, was arrested at 7 a.m. on suspicion of spousal abuse and for having an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 500 block of High Street. April 3 Roger Menjivarsoriano, 29, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on suspicion of spousal abuse on the 100 block of Almond Street. Sophia Isabel Henriquez, 26, was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on suspicion of spousal abuse on the 100 block of Almond Street. Julia Grace Arfsten, 21, was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 600 block of Grass Valley Highway. April 2 Zachary McNeal Hite, 23, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit which resulted in a non-injury vehicle accident on the 1300 block of High Street. March 31 Thomas Lee Jacob Jr., 40, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on suspicion of spousal abuse on the 700 block of Dorothy Way. In addition to the above arrests, the Auburn Police Department posted a report of incidents between April 1-10. The statistics include: ·&emsp;251 calls initiated by officers – either by dispatch or while working. ·&emsp;1 traffic collision ·&emsp;29 crime reports. Crime reports are generated by officers and staff documenting a crime, missing persons or other significant events. ·&emsp;194 calls for service – 911 line and non-emergency line.
