He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Theft of a cart of groceries was reported at 7:26 a.m. May 1 at the 100 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Vandalism was reported at 10:45 a.m. May 1 at the 1600 block of Veneto Way. Reporting party said vehicle windows were smashed, and solar and patio furniture were broken. Theft of store merchandise was reported at 5:50 p.m. May 1 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. Burglary of items taken from vacant home was reported at 9:20 a.m. May 2 at the 500 block of Lodge Court. Arson, a campaign sign burned, was reported at 12:16 p.m. May 2 at the 400 block of D Street. Grand theft of cash and jewelry was reported at 3:23 p.m. May 2 at the 2000 block of McCarran Lane. Fraudulent credit-card activity was reported May 2 at the 400 block of L Street. Vandalism to signs was reported at 8:22 a.m. May 3 at 3rd/L Street. Vehicle theft was reported at 9:29 a.m. May 3 at 1st Street/O Street. Fraudulent accounts opened in victim's name was reported at 9:55 a.m. May 3 at the 1000 block of Stone Pine Lane. Vandalism, political signs damaged, was reported at 10:56 a.m. May 3 at Ferrari Ranch Road/Caledon Circle. Sebastian Adam Abshere, 21 of Lincoln was arrested at 11 a.m. May 3 for being under the influence of a controlled substance and probation violation at the 2000 block of Mallard Way. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Vandalism, women's restroom door damaged, was reported at 9:28 a.m. May 3 at McBean Park Drive/D Street. Vandalism, the front door lock superglued, was reported at 1:43 p.m. May 3 at 5th Street/H Street. Jordan Matthew Dobbs, 30 of Lincoln was arrested at 2:20 p.m. May 3 for being under the influence of a controlled substance at the 100 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Dobbs was booked into the South Placer Jail. Fraud, taking money from victim's checking account, was reported at 2:23 p.m. May 3 at the 300 block of Snapdragon Lane. Grand theft of a catalytic converter was reported at 5:42 a.m. May 4 at Sterling Parkway/E. Joiner Parkway. Joseph Edmond Browne III, 60 of Orangevale was arrested at 10 a.m. May 4 at the 800 block of Sterling Parkway. A records check indicated he had a warrant. Browne was issued a cite and release for the warrant and driving without a license. Mark Dana Nippert, 57 of Lincoln was arrested at 12:06 p.m. May 4 for resisting and obstructing a police officer at 5th Street/F Street. Nippert was booked into the South Placer Jail. Theft of packages on porch was reported at 12:35 p.m. May 4 at Linley Lane/Groveland Lane. Vandalism, a rock thrown through business window, was reported at 1:26 p.m. May 4 at Nicolaus Road/Teal Hollow Drive. Matthew Robert Moore, 33 of Citrus Heights was arrested at 4:07 p.m. May 4 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. A records check indicated a warrant. Moore was booked into the South Placer Jail for possession of burglary tools and possession of a controlled substance in addition to the warrant. Carlos Roy Franklin Sr., 48 of Sacramento and Shauwana Lyna Whaley, 42 of Sacramento were arrested at 8:17 p.m. May 4 at Twelve Bridges Drive/Highway 65. A records check indicated warrants for both. They were cited and released on scene. Anthony Mariano Vanaman, 36 of Sacramento was arrested at 6:54 a.m. May 5 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. A records check indicated he had warrants. Vanaman was booked into South Placer Jail. Shawna Christine Marie Baldwin, 25 of Challenge and Lilly Dean Rosales, 24 of Challenge were arrested at 7:44 a.m. May 5 at the 100 block of Ferrari Ranch Road. A records check indicated warrants for Rosales. Baldwin was arrested for possession of identifying information belonging to another and possession of a controlled substance. Rosales was arrested for possession of paraphernalia in addition to the warrants. Both were issued a promise to appear and released on scene. Theft of a poodle in a shopping cart was reported at 2:02 p.m. May 5 at the 100 block of Lincoln Boulevard. Dylan John Grady, 19 of Lincoln was arrested at 2:50 p.m. May 5 for exhibiting a deadly weapon and vandalism at the 2000 block of Westview Drive. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Brandon Michael Gerlach, 37 of Lincoln was arrested at 10 p.m. May 5 at the 100 block of McBean Park. A records check indicated warrants. Gerlach was cited and released on scene. Grand theft of a package taken from porch was reported at 11:08 p.m. May 5 at the 2000 block of Honeysuckle Drive. Charles Lyle Barker, 57 of Oroville was arrested at 10:53 a.m. May 6 at Twelve Bridges Drive/Highway 65. Barker was cited and released for driving with a license that was suspended for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). Fraud, online scam, was reported at 1:33 p.m. May 6 at the 1000 block of Magnolia Lane. Sam Hussein Quteibi, 31 of Bakersfield was arrested at 1:34 p.m. May 6 for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia in addition to warrants at Industrial Avenue/Athens Drive. Quteibi was cited and released on scene. Corey Duane Fisher, 34 of Meadow Vista was cited at 9:12 p.m. May 6 for false representation of registration and released on scene at Lincoln Boulevard/Sterling Parkway. Vandalism, blue paint graffiti on building, was reported at 7:05 a.m. May 7 at Nicolaus Road/Joiner Parkway. Jose Alfonso Avinacruz, 33 of Woodland; Ernest Delgado Ramirez Jr., 61 of Woodland; and America Inez Sanchez, 45 of Esparta were arrested at 7:19 a.m. May 7 at the 1000 block of Groveland Lane. A records check indicated warrants for Sanchez. Avinacruz and Ramirez were both arrested and booked into South Placer Jail for grand theft, conspiracy to commit a crime and burglary. Sanchez was arrested and booked into South Placer Jail for giving a false name to a police officer, possession of paraphernalia and warrants. William Carlton Bremer, 68 of Alamo was arrested at 8:58 a.m. May 7 for possession of paraphernalia at Sterling Parkway/Joiner Parkway. He was cited and released on scene. Mark Dana Nippert, 57 of Lincoln was arrested at 1:27 p.m. May 7 for trespassing at the 500 block of Lincoln Boulevard. He was booked into the South Placer Jail. Vehicle theft was reported at 4:15 p.m. May 7 at the 400 block of Joiner Parkway. Burglary, an ATM broken into, was reported at 10 p.m. May 7 at the 1500 block of Del Webb Boulevard.
