Philip R. Besson 6/3/1968 - 5/15/2022

On May 15, 2022, Philip R Besson died in Chandler, AZ of cardiac arrest at the age of 53. Phil is survived by his wife Denise Besson, children: Sean Besson of Lakewood, CO and Teri [Terry] Carr of Maricopa, AZ; parents: Kenn [Barbara] Besson of Lincoln, CA and Kathy [Dave] Bylkas of Colorado Springs, CO; and sister Jennifer [Patrick] Kirk of Rocklin, CA. Phil was born in 1968 in Auburn, CA and was a submariner in the Navy during Desert Storm. Phil met Denise in 1995 in Colorado Springs, CO. They were married in Rocklin, CA in 1998, separated in 2006, and remarried in Las Vegas, NV in 2012. Phil ran a pool service and repair business for the last 10 years and really enjoyed not only his work, but the friendships he built with his long term customers. He was a certified diver with a dream to retire to Hawaii so he could dive whenever he wanted and ride his Harley year round. He spent most of his weekends camping, smoking food or doing home improvement projects with Denise.His celebration of life will be held Friday, June 10, 2022 from 2- 5 pm at the John S McCain VFW Post 7401 located at 751 S. Arizona Ave Chandler, AZ 85226.
