Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Battery, kidnapping, public intoxication

Feb. 20 Daniel Leon Mariscal, 26, was arrested at 12:02 p.m. on suspicion of four misdemeanor bench warrants in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. May 21 Jessica Jo Laster, 37, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on suspicion of two outside felony warrants and a fugitive from justice warrant in the 100 block of Hap Arnold Loop in Roseville. Toby Ryan Piearcy, 30, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and four outside misdemeanor warrants in the 100 block of Hap Arnold Loop in Roseville. June 19 Erika Renae Martinez, 36, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication at Thunder Valley Casino. June 20 Megan Nicole Hatchfield, 45, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 800 block of Live Oak Way in Auburn. Micheal Anthony Ordonia, 26, was arrested at 12:08 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the Fiddyment Road area of Roseville. June 22 Matthew Anthony Garvey, 28, was arrested at 11:52 a.m. on suspicion of battery in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. William Costanzo, 22, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs and possession of a controlled substance in the 20100 block of Paoli Lane in Weimar. James Francis Lowe, 58, was arrested at 9:38 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 11900 block of Heritage Oak Place in Auburn. June 23 Nathan Ian Corey, 19, was arrested at 1:03 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Christopher Garcelian Brophy, 44, was arrested at 7:02 p.m. on suspicion of three misdemeanor bench warrants in the 12100 block of New Airport Road in Auburn. Corey Leeroy Schuler, 47, was charged at 2 p.m. on suspicion of possession of drugs in a prison in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Leonard Allen Adragna, 61, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Edward Cleofes Herrera, 47, was arrested at 9:46 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance for sale, paraphernalia possession and driving without a license. The arrest took place in the Sierra View Lane and Foresthill Road area of Foresthill. Andrew Ray Johnston, 37, was arrested at 8:41 a.m. on suspicion of misuse of vehicle registration and an outside felony warrant in the 13100 block of Bill Francis Drive in Auburn. June 24 Mandy Lynn Leffler, 42, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on suspicion of three misdemeanor bench warrants in the 1st Street and F Avenue area of Auburn. Salvador Antonio Rayatorres, 27, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. on suspicion of obstructing a police officer and four misdemeanor bench warrants in the Fiddyment Road and Settlers Ridge Way area of Roseville. Sarah Jean Criddle, 41, was arrested at 12:17 a.m. on suspicion of obstructing a police officer in the 2200 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Rollin Anthony Gomez-Vasquez, 28, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on suspicion of battery on a custodial officer in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. June 25 James Paul Wimberly, 37, was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a medication without a prescription and possession or use of tear gas. The arrest took place in the W Sunset Boulevard and Cincinnati Avenue area of Rocklin. Jovan Richard Jones, 29, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant at Thunder Valley Casino. Daniel Carson Prophet, 40, was arrested at 3 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Robby Dean Odom, 60, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. on suspicion of assault with the intent to commit rape, false imprisonment with violence, kidnapping, exhibiting a deadly weapon other than a firearm and violation of Post Release Community Supervision. The arrest took place in the 2500 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Amanda M. Bianchi, 46, was arrested at 9:09 a.m. on suspicion of violating a court order and obstructing a police officer in the 15100 block of William Drive in Auburn.
