Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: DUI, prostitution, manufactured weapon charge

June 29 James Dean Muckelrath, 61, was arrested at 2:03 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 4100 block of Dias Lane in Loomis. Manuel Salvador Cortes, 42, was arrested at 10:59 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Victor Hermando Castro, 40, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on suspicion of two outside felony warrants in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Daniel Wayne Bennet, 46, was arrested at 9 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the Silky Oak Court and Holly Oak Court area of Roseville. June 30 Joseph William Wilkerson, 46, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on suspicion of criminal threats and obstructing or resisting an executive officer in the 8200 block of N Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach. David Yang, 40, was arrested at 4 p.m. on suspicion of two outside felony warrants in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Mark Burke Solimando, 38, was arrested at 1:31 p.m. on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant in the 1900 block of Olympic Valley Road in Olympic Valley. Joshua Steven Hoyt, 35, was arrested at 8:07 a.m. on suspicion of violating a court order, domestic battery and possession of a leaded cane or baton. The arrest took place in the 11300 block of Deerfield Drive in Truckee. Aaron Mario Small, 30, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an executive officer, brandishing a firearm or deadly weapon to resist arrest and bringing a controlled substance into a jail facility. The report does not list where the arrest took place. Ann Marie Preston, 53, was arrested at 8:28 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs in the 6800 block of Rutherford Canyon Road in Loomis. July 1 Kelcie Anne Rainelee, 19, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on suspicion of prostitution and obstructing a police officer in the 1st Street and F Avenue area of Auburn. Shaun Dale Finkbeiner, 41, was arrested at 10 a.m. on suspicion of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 and sexual penetration by force in the 3000 block of Lower Ranch Road in Lincoln. Deake Jacob Lyndall, 36, was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication at Thunder Valley Casino. Jose Manuel Guzmangarcia, 37, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 2700 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Colby Tanner Smith, 20, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession, public intoxication and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 3600 block of Taylor Road in Loomis. Vincent Lamar Grant, 41, was arrested at 1:49 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a leaded cane or baton, two outside felony warrants, an outside misdemeanor warrant, a misdemeanor bench warrant and bringing a controlled substance into a jail facility. The arrest took place in the Athens Avenue and Industrial Avenue area of Rocklin. Matthew James Kuehnau, 34, was arrested at 7:23 a.m. on suspicion of buying or receiving a stolen vehicle and conspiracy. The report notes the arrest took place on a public roadway in Auburn. James Aaron Thompson, 38, was arrested at 6:23 a.m. on suspicion of buying or receiving a stolen vehicle, conspiracy and two outside felony warrants in the Maple Street and Lincoln Way area of Auburn. Barbara Lee Gill, 62, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant in the 21600 block of Dawn Ridge Drive N in Weimar. Rachael Joanne Lasley, 36, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Ryan Anthony Phillips, 35, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 1st Street and F Avenue area of Auburn. July 2 Justin Michael Hulsey, 34, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 3600 block of Galena Drive in Auburn. Oscar Hernandezmartinez, 43, was arrested at 9:36 a.m. on suspicion of resisting an executive officer, obstructing a police officer and paraphernalia possession in the W River Street area of Truckee. Bret Jacob Hilgenberg, 29, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance in the 300 block of East Agatam Avenue in Tahoe Vista. Brandon Tyler Anderson, 36, was charged at 6:30 a.m. on suspicion of being a prisoner in possession of and manufacturing a weapon. The report does not note where the charge took place. Scott Lawson Aldape, 40, was arrested at 6:01 p.m. on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale and obstructing a police officer in the 1300 block of Athens Avenue in Lincoln. Anthony Kalaualii Reeves, 45, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant, a misdemeanor bench warrant and driving with a license suspended for DUI at Thunder Valley Casino.
