Helen Veronica Latham 10/16/1929 - 7/16/2022

On Saturday, July 14, 2022 Helen Veronica Latham, loving mother and grandmother passed away at the age of 92. Helen was born on October 16, 1929 in San Francisco California to Patrick and Margaret Harrison. After marrying Ralph Latham in the early 50s, they moved to Orangeville California and raised four children; George, John, Thomas, and Debra. Helen had a love for bowling, socializing, travel, and animals. She had an abundance of love for all of her family and friends and was always looking out for those around her. Helen had a sassy and high energy spirit, always making time for family friends and several social groups. Helen's most loved part of her business life was being involved in horse racing. Helen's spirit is carried on by two of her children Debra and John, and her four grandchildren: Michael, Wendy, Stephanie, and Natalie. She is also survived by an extended family of relations including siblings and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022, at Calvary Catholic Cemetery and Funeral Center with the viewing beginning at 10 AM and Mass at 11:00 a.m. Flowers or donations may be sent to 7101 Verner Ave., Citrus Heights, CA 95621, phone (916) 726-1232.
