Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Disobeying a court order, disturbing the peace, more

Aug. 13 Kimberly Eileen Crow, 52, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle, receiving stolen property and paraphernalia possession in the 2700 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Monay Genique Lewis, 27, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication at Thunder Valley Casino. Christa Diana Rose, 50, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant at Thunder Valley Casino. Frank David Battaglia, 43, was arrested at 8:12 p.m. on suspicion of trespassing in the 1900 block of Olympic Valley Road in Olympic Valley. Aug. 14 Ryan Charles Schlager, 35, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant, three outside misdemeanor warrants and providing false identification to a police officer in the Whyte Avenue area of Roseville. Dustin Lewis Faulk, 18, was arrested at 7:28 a.m. on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent in the 6100 block of Thornwood Drive in Loomis. Daniel Alfonzo Avendano Juarez, 26, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery in the 2100 block of Greenglen Court in Tahoe City. Curtis Lee Overmyer, 47, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on suspicion of felony reckless evading, paraphernalia possession and driving with a suspended license. The report notes the arrest took place on Highway 49. Carlo Ferrer Cabrera, 51, was arrested at 6:22 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant, a misdemeanor bench warrant and two outside misdemeanor warrants. The arrest took place in the Medical Plaza Way area of Roseville. Aug. 15 Ryan Matthew Jacoshenk, 32, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. on suspicion of disobeying a court order in the 9800 block of Horseshoe Bar Road in Loomis. Derek Justin Woodyard, 35, was arrested at 9:53 a.m. on suspicion of criminal threats, disturbing the peace by fighting in a public place and obstructing an officer in the 2300 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Roger Cameron Rand, 64, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block of River Road in Tahoe City. Corey Alan Johnson, 39, was arrested at 1 a.m. on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant in the 9000 block of Cairn Street in Granite Bay. Brittany Elissa Thomure, 32, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on suspicion of probation violation in the 200 block of Hinchey Lane in Weimar. Nolan Michael Sherman, 42, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Carolyn Maxine Brinkman, 35, was arrested at 11:08 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Eric Orozco, 31, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Aug. 16 Michael Johnkern Faucette, 57, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 13400 block of Bowman Road in Auburn. Trevor Wayne Patton, 41, was charged at 5:45 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in prison and bringing drugs into a jail facility in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Gregory Daniel Park, 41, was charged at 5:45 p.m. on suspicion of bringing drugs into a jail facility and possession of a controlled substance in prison in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn.
