Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Falsely reported emergency, elder abuse, tear gas possession

Sept. 28 Hunter Alan Winn, 28, was arrested at 5 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance while armed, illegal possession of an assault weapon, possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance and being a felon in possession of a firearm. The arrest took place in the 3600 block of Val Verde Road in Loomis. Oct. 4 Justena Danielle Sexton, 21, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 2500 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Oct. 5 Rolland Scott Darby, 52, was arrested at 2:22 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 500 block of S Auburn Street in Colfax. Oct. 8 Jose Maria Nunezestrada, 30, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on suspicion of probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, destroying or concealing evidence, driving without a license and a felony bench warrant. The arrest took place in the Elm Street area of Tahoma. Matthew Lee Matuskowitz, 40, was arrested at 4:10 a.m. on suspicion of attempted burglary and probation violation in the 300 block of W Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City. Robert Chevoi Lomack, 44, was arrested at 4:44 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant, transporting or selling a controlled substance and driving with a license suspended for DUI in the Interstate 80 and Riverside Avenue area of Roseville. Wayne Eugene Armbruster, 44, was arrested at 3:10 a.m. on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and disobeying a court order in the 200 block of Hinchey Lane in Weimar. Cameron Joseph Bivins, 37, was arrested at 10:22 a.m. on suspicion of violating a restraining order and obstructing an officer in the 7500 block of Country Acres Lane in Pleasant Grove. Justin Quinn Reuter, 44, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence and driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more in the Canyon Way and Placer Hills Road area of Colfax. Kim Marie Cooke, 55, was arrested at 2:29 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication and falsely reporting an emergency in the 9800 block of Meadow View Place in Truckee. Diana Shaynyuk, 21, was arrested at 4:35 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Oct. 9 Stephanie Priscilla Lane, 42, was arrested at 5:11 a.m. on suspicion of domestic battery at Thunder Valley Casino. Izik Angel Rodrigues, 20, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 5300 block of PFE Road in Roseville. Robert Simeon Poling, 26, was arrested at 4:04 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Oct. 10 Evan Vaughn Kuecker, 43, was arrested at 8:37 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in the 8300 block of N Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach. Sheldon Zidane Conde, 20, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the Eureka Road and Stockhorse Lane area in Granite Bay. Oct. 11 Martin Cahill Hansen, 31, was arrested at 5:39 a.m. on suspicion of disobeying a court order in the 2500 block of N Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City. Nathanial William Lindstrom, 37, was arrested at 8:59 a.m. on suspicion of second-degree robbery, battery, elder abuse, felony vandalism and obstructing an officer in the 1000 block of Collins Drive in Auburn. Robert Andrew Farmer, 28, was arrested at 12:50 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in prison, destroying or concealing evidence, bringing contraband into a jail facility, paraphernalia possession, unlawful possession or use of tear gas and parole violation. The arrest took place in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Haylee Ann Gonsalves, 29, was arrested at 9:44 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 3700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Rick Allen Burgess, 34, was arrested at 10:58 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 2700 block of Gage Lane in Lincoln. Oct. 12 Monique Mari Duerr-Williams, 42, was arrested at 3:38 p.m. on suspicion of a fugitive from justice warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Michael Dobbins, 38, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on suspicion of obstructing an officer in the 2900 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Kevin Lee Rodney, 51, was arrested at 5:02 p.m. on suspicion of possession of brass knuckles and possession of a controlled substance in the Foresthill Road and Sunset Drive area of Foresthill.
