Folsom incident report: Fraud, stolen water heaters, DUIs

Those appearing in the following crime report have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Feb. 12 Shoplifting was reported at 7 p.m. in the 2700 block of E Bidwell Street after an unknown suspect reportedly stole $1,000 worth of merchandise from a store. Brescia Gomez, 34, of Rancho Cordova was cited at 1:50 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street. Derek Berset, 42, of Sacramento was arrested at 10 a.m. on suspicion of grand theft, possession of a controlled substance, providing false identification to an officer and an outstanding warrant in the 1800 block of Prairie City Road. Eddie Bruno, 29, of Roseville was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and an outstanding warrant in the 600 block of Sutter Street. Feb. 13 A residential burglary was reported at 4:05 p.m. in the Cable Circle area. Unknown suspect(s) reportedly entered a garage and stole miscellaneous items. Shane Gibson, 51, of Shingle Springs was cited at 3:15 p.m. on suspicion of evading an officer in a vehicle and resisting arrest in the area of Silberhorn Drive and S Lexington Drive. A burglary was reported at 1:40 p.m. in the area of Regency Parkway and Fox Hollow Street. Unknown suspect(s) reportedly stole a Stihl saw and three portable Milwaukee batteries from a truck bed. Shoplifting was reported at 1:40 p.m. in the 2400 block of Iron Point Road after two unknown suspects reportedly stole $700 worth of store merchandise. Brittany Muir, 33, of Folsom was cited at 11:55 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Stafford Street. A residential burglary was reported at 7:40 a.m. in the 4700 block of Iron Bird Drive. Unknown suspect(s) reportedly stole three water heaters and electrical breakers sometime between Feb. 10 and Feb. 13. Feb. 14 Andrea Parks, 45, of Sacramento was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the area of E Bidwell Street and Oak Avenue Parkway. Christopher Nelson, 30, of Carmichael was cited at 1:20 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in the area of Folsom Boulevard and Hazel Avenue. Feb. 15 Jaime Parker, 41, of Mather was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher in the 200 block of Blue Ravine Road. Shoplifting was reported at 8 p.m. in the 2600 block of E Bidwell Street after two unknown suspects reportedly stole batteries from a store. Shoplifting was reported at 5:45 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after an unknown suspect reportedly stole a backpack from a store. Fraud was reported at 12:30 p.m. in the 100 block of Cobble Ridge Drive after an unknown suspect reportedly transferred $99,000 out of bank accounts. Matthew Marks, 49, of Woodland was arrested at 9:35 a.m. on suspicion of grand theft in the 1100 block of Riley Street. Reginald Chavis, 31, of Sacramento was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more in the 9500 block of Greenback Lane. Kim Gisin, 56, of Sacramento was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more in the area of Folsom Boulevard and Blue Ravine Road. Feb. 16 Keith Hickenbottom, 76, of Fair Oaks was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on suspicion of assault by means likely to cause great bodily harm and inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant in the 2700 block of E Bidwell Street. Fraud was reported at 1:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Bowen Drive. Unknown suspect(s) reportedly used personal identifying information to obtain a loan. Fraud was reported at 11:45 a.m. in the 1100 block of Kingfisher Circle. Unknown suspect(s) reportedly cashed three checks totaling $45,000. Feb. 17 Marc Costes, 43, of Elk Grove, and Mariah Marshal, 27, of Stockton were arrested at 10 p.m. on suspicion of grand theft and conspiracy in the 1000 block of Riley Street. Shawnta Vaughn, 23, Soria Ortega, 22, and Derrell Alston, 28, all of Sacramento, were arrested at 7:35 p.m. on suspicion of grand theft and conspiracy in the 2300 block of Iron Point Road. Sebastian Jones, 27, of Orangevale was arrested at 5:25 p.m. on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender in the 50 block of Natoma Street. Steven Myers, 32, of Sacramento was arrested 3 p.m. on suspicion of grand theft and Desirae Campbell, 27, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of an outstanding warrant. The arrests took place in the 2500 block of Taft Street. Donavan Young, 29, of Orangevale was arrested at 3 p.m. on suspicion of driving or taking a vehicle without consent, receiving a stolen vehicle and possession of a controlled substance in the area of Greenback Lane and Madison Avenue. David Beard, 25, of Folsom was cited at 2 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft and vandalism in the 2400 block of Iron Point Road. Feb. 18 Theft was reported at 11 a.m. in the 900 block of Hildebrand Circle. Unknown suspect(s) reportedly stole a rear plate from a vehicle.
