Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Officer impersonation, nitrous oxide possession, attempted carjacking

March 6 Angelica Cozieanu, 43, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Jeffrey Paquin, 52, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. on suspicion of impersonating a police officer and resisting arrest in the Twin Lakes Drive area of Loomis. Charles Richard Balcom, 41, was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2500 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Anthony Joseph Changala, 40, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a narcotic substance and possession of nitrous oxide in the Highway 49 and Hulbert Way area of Auburn. Darnail Lashone Hendrix, 19, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on suspicion of being a felon in possession of ammunition, obstructing an officer and paraphernalia possession in the 400 block of S Auburn Street in Colfax. Blake Douglas Cline, 33, was arrested at 1:03 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. March 7 Joshua Heath Scharer, 33, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2500 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Isaiah Ray Soria, 21, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. on suspicion of obstructing an officer and trespassing in the 2800 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Matthew Ryan Collins, 30, was arrested at 7:44 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, destroying or concealing evidence and post-release community supervision violation in the 100 block of E Hillcrest Drive in Auburn. Philip James Bridges, 44, was arrested at 11 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. March 8 Juan Antonio Roy, 29, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the Athens Avenue and Thunder Valley Court area of Lincoln. Naomi Anne Jeffries, 36, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. on suspicion of trespassing and obstructing an officer in the 12200 block of Dyer Court of Auburn. Steven Emmitt Bitetti, 39, was arrested at 8:44 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a shopping or laundry cart in the 2900 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Daniel Lee Vanbrunt, 52, was arrested at 7:12 a.m. on suspicion of obstructing an officer in the 11500 block of F Avenue in Auburn. March 9 Vadim Vitalvich Trush, 40, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Rolland Scott Darby, 52, was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication and a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 400 block of S Auburn Street in Colfax. Stephanie Jean Cooke, 39, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. on suspicion of parole violation in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Christopher J. Morton, 31, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Sheldon Zidane Conde, 21, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on suspicion of felony reckless evading, attempted carjacking and resisting an officer in the Douglas Boulevard and Seeno Avenue area of Granite Bay. Shaniya A. Herrera, 22, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. on suspicion of second-degree burglary, identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of a narcotic substance and receiving stolen property. The arrest took place at Thunder Valley Casino. Nicholas Raymond Attleberger, 40, was arrested at 12:17 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn.
