Folsom incident report: Slashed tires, stolen crystals, imitation firearm arrest

Those appearing in the following crime report have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. March 12 Margarita Dorozhko, 32, of North Highlands was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and misdemeanor hit and run in the Leidesdorff Street and Gold Lake Drive area. Shoplifting was reported at 1:15 p.m. in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street after an unknown suspect reportedly stole $285 worth of Nike products from a store. Candice Scott, 34, of Elk Grove was arrested at 1 p.m. on suspicion of grand theft in the 2400 block of Iron Point Road. A burglary was reported at 11:20 a.m. in the 25000 block of Blue Ravine Road after a business door was pried open and drawers were looked through. No items were reported as stolen. Benjamin Rodriguez, 42, of Sacramento was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher in the area of Madison and Pershing avenues. March 13 Kenneth Cox, 38, of Sacramento was cited at 11:50 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 400 block of Palladio Parkway. Vandalism was reported at 7:45 a.m. in the 1200 block of Creekside Drive after a vehicle's tires were slashed. March 14 A burglary was reported at 12:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of River Rock Drive after an unknown suspect entered a suite. No items were reported stolen. Shoplifting was reported at 11:55 a.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after an unknown suspect reportedly stole several hats and shorts from a store. A burglary was reported at 8:05 a.m. in the 1600 block of Creekside Drive after a rock was thrown through a window and two computers were stolen. March 15 Fraud was reported at 2 p.m. in the 40 block of Dean Way after mail was stolen and a check was later fraudulently cashed. A theft was reported at 11:05 a.m. in the 700 block of Vessona Circle after a package containing $200 worth of crystals was stolen. A theft was reported at 8:45 a.m. in the 200 block of Natoma Station Drive after a catalytic converter was stolen from a Honda Pilot. A theft was reported at 7:35 a.m. in the 200 block of Natoma Station Drive after a catalytic converter was stolen from a Toyota Prius. March 16 Ethan Mills, 37, of Orangevale was cited at 11:35 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher in the area of Glenn Drive and Vierra Circle. Fraud was reported at 6 p.m. in the 2300 block of Iron Point Road after funds were fraudulently obtained. Unknown suspect(s) reportedly informed the victim their account was compromised and directed them to withdraw the funds and deposit them into a Bitcoin account. A theft was reported at 3:35 p.m. in the 900 block of Vessona Circle after a credit card was stolen from a mailbox. The card was later used. A theft was reported at 10:55 a.m. in the 700 block of Sutter Street after a cell phone was stolen on March 13. Vandalism was reported at 7:55 a.m. in the 1200 block of Creekside Drive after a vehicle's tires were slashed. March 17 A burglary was reported at 9:10 p.m. in the 1200 block of Creekside Drive after a purse was stolen out of an unlocked, running vehicle around 3 p.m. Joshua Zorzo, 18, of Sacramento was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on suspicion of brandishing an imitation firearm in the area of Briggs Ranch Drive and Rocky Cove Court. Fraud was reported at 2:10 p.m. in the 2700 block of E Bidwell Street. Unknown suspect(s) reportedly attempted to fraudulently use a credit card. Shoplifting was reported at 1:15 p.m. in the 1000 block of Blue Ravine Road. Unknown suspect(s) reportedly stole three Nike products, valued at $250, from a store. March 18 Colin Gardner, 37, of Sacramento was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 2600 block of E Bidwell Street. Jermaine Thomas, 48, of Sacramento was cited at 6:20 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard. A theft was reported at 10:45 a.m. in the 100 block of Blue Ravine Road after a credit card reader was stolen from a business. Austin Olivo, 37, of Cameron Park was arrested at 10:30 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, operating a vehicle not equipped with a functioning ignition interlock device, misdemeanor hit and run and driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI. The arrest took place in the area of Natoma Street and Wales Drive.
