Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Organized retail theft, public nuisance, felon arrests

April 21 Citlali Elena Ramos, 28, was arrested at 11:54 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 8400 block of Barton Road in Granite Bay. Evelyn Salt Smith, 33, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 2900 block of First Street in Auburn. April 22 Rachael Mariah Kniesel, 21, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. on suspicion of assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury in the 6600 block of Auburn Boulevard in Citrus Heights. Robert William Nesbitt, 39, was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession and an outside felony warrant in the area of W Sunset Boulevard and Cincinnati Avenue in Rocklin. Nikolas Apodaca, 41, was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, being a felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a controlled substance while armed and carrying a loaded firearm and not being the registered owner in the area of W Sunset Boulevard and Cincinnati Avenue in Rocklin. April 23 Jose Juan Guzman-Marin, 33, was arrested at 9 a.m. on suspicion of possession of drugs in prison in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Dawn Marie Yarrington, 39, was arrested at 3:12 p.m. on suspicion of trespassing, maintaining a public nuisance and possession of a shopping or laundry cart in the 2400 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. April 24 Justin Sukwon Choi, 30, was arrested at 10:19 a.m. on suspicion of obstructing an officer and resisting arrest in the 9100 block of Los Lagos Circle N in Granite Bay. Richard Joseph Mckeon, 47, was arrested at 9:19 p.m. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, obstructing an officer, paraphernalia possession and possession of a controlled substance. The arrest took place in the 3200 block of Fortune Court in Auburn. Angelo Fiorenza, 48, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on suspicion of trespassing in the area of 2nd Street and D Avenue in Auburn. James John Brooks, 52, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in the 13500 block of Lincoln Way in Auburn. Dean Masalta, 30, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant. The arrest location was not noted in the report. Preston Macguire Allen, 26, was arrested at 1 a.m. on suspicion of two outside misdemeanor warrants in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Bret Jacob Hilgenberg, 30, was arrested at 9:41 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in Nevada City. Joshua Andrew Berlin, 39, was arrested at 11:20 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant. The arrest location was not noted in the report. April 25 Jacob Dylan Hupe, 32, was arrested at 10:47 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, paraphernalia possession and possession of burglary tools. The arrest took place at Thunder Valley Casino. Christopher Michael Berry, 37, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on suspicion of receiving stolen property, conspiracy, organized retail theft, grand theft, possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor bench warrant, driving without a license and burglary. The arrest took place in the area of Rocklin Road and Interstate 80 in Rocklin. Jason Verne Hulsey, 42, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on suspicion of receiving stolen property, conspiracy, organized retail theft, grand theft, an outside misdemeanor warrant, possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor bench warrant and burglary. The arrest took place in the area of Rocklin Road and Interstate 80 in Rocklin. William Lloyd Birdsong, 54, was arrested at 12:31 p.m. on suspicion of two felony bench warrants, a misdemeanor bench warrant, driving without a license, paraphernalia possession and possession of a controlled substance in the area of Sierra College and Douglas boulevards in Granite Bay. Devin A. Carey, 28, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on suspicion of violating a court order in the 1300 block of Regency Way in Tahoe Vista. Caitlyn Marie Strachan, 36, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Dwayne Jason Mccall, 55, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, being a felon in possession of ammunition and possession of a controlled substance while armed in the area of W Weimar Cross and Snooks roads in Weimar.
