Auburn incident report: Water bead shooting, metal knuckles and child abuse

May 7 Auburn Police Department officers responded to a call on Lincoln Way at Court Street regarding a group of young men shooting an Orbeez gun from a moving vehicle at pedestrians, striking one in the face. The suspects were located and a crime report was taken. No injuries were reported. Shawna Michelle Smith, 43, was arrested at 3:49 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on the 1100 block of Star Lane. May 4 Landon Fierstein, 19, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit for a person under 21 years old on Lincoln Way and East Electric Street. Joshua James Eckert, 40, was arrested at 3:02 p.m. on suspicion of resisting a police officer on the 500 block of Grass Valley Highway. May 3 Chad Michael Lourence'Phillips, 42, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. for two outstanding felony warrants and two outstanding misdemeanor warrants on the 12500 block of Honeybrook Lane. May 2 Aaron Dean Brogdon, 49, was arrested at 3:04 p.m. on suspicion of driving with a suspended license and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Highway 49 at Fulweiler Avenue. May 1 Kyle James Anderson was arrested at 5:15 p.m. for an outstanding felony warrant on the 100 block of Summit Street. April 30 Harley Richard Moe, 63, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol on Auburn Ravine Road at Marguerite Mine Road. George Kemal Augustus Bodmer, 50, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and driving while suspended for a previous DUI on the 300 block of Grass Valley Highway. Samantha Rena Sharum, 36, was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on westbound I-80 at State Route 193. April 29 Andrew Elliot Greil, 44, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on the 100 block of College Way. Wardell Edwards, 22, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. on suspicion of contempt of court/disobeying a court order on the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. Ruben Aguilera Cabias Jr., 53, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. on suspicion of violating a domestic violence court order on the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. April 28 Warren Martin Imperial, 28, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and resisting a police officer on the 1000 block of Red Hawk Lane. William Robertroy Villareal, 26, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance while armed with a loaded firearm, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle and possession of a narcotic controlled substance on I-80 at Bell Road. Paden Andreo Ramirez, 22, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 400 block of Grass Valley Highway. April 27 Daniel John Wayne, 35, was arrested at 1:13 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Nevada Street at Placer Street. April 26 Wilmer Josue Miranacorado, 22, was arrested at 11:58 a.m. on suspicion of being in possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and three outstanding misdemeanor warrants on High Street at Kenmass Avenue. April 24 Kenny Blanco, 51, was arrested at 2:17 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of metal knuckles on Highway 49 at Sawyer Street. In addition to the above arrests, the Auburn Police Department posted a summary of incidents from April 3-29, including: ·&emsp;1,195 calls initiated by officers, either by dispatch or while working. ·&emsp;Nine traffic collisions. ·&emsp;98 crime reports (generated by officers and staff documenting a crime, missing persons or other significant events). ·&emsp;642 calls for service (911 and non-emergency lines).
