Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Tear gas possession, parole violations, warrants

July 13 Zachary Scott King, 42, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Nicholas Christopher Lopez, 44, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Rafael Fernandezpadillia, 31, was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on suspicion of two outside felony warrants in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. July 14 Steven Jameson Satterfield, 37, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on suspicion of violating a restraining order and probation violation in the 3100 block of N Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City. Curtis Tinkerbrown, 31, was arrested at 2:06 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale and seven outside misdemeanor warrants in the area of Athens Avenue and Fiddyment Road in Lincoln. Charles Frank Schweitzer, 33, was arrested at 9:49 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant, a misdemeanor bench warrant, illegal possession of tear gas and paraphernalia possession in the Canyon Creek Road area of Dutch Flat. Christina Susan Garner, 46, was arrested at 5:35 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 600 block of Newcastle Road in Newcastle. Andrew Wayne Powell, 30, was arrested at 1:48 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Aaron Ryann Harkins, 50, was arrested at 10:23 a.m. on suspicion of three misdemeanor bench warrants and an outside misdemeanor warrant in Foresthill. July 15 Michael James Frazer, 38, was arrested at 5:02 a.m. on suspicion of parole violation in the 2100 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Christopher Scott Wilson, 34, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the area of Blue Oaks and Del Webb boulevards in Roseville. Gene Ramond Bluhm, 75, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on suspicion of parole violation in the 12100 block of New Airport Road in Auburn. July 16 Anthony Shepard Nieman, 41, was arrested at 3:13 p.m. on suspicion of violating a court order in the 8700 block of Cold Stream Road in Truckee. Kyle Lucas Paiva, 34, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent and possession of a stolen vehicle in the 4900 block of Riosa Road in Sheridan. William Costanzo, 23, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger, post-release community supervision violation, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession in the area of Luther and Channel Hill roads in Auburn. Chad Matthew Roylance, 47, was arrested at 11:28 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 2200 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Kymberly Elizabeth Monasterio, 53, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in the area of Applegate Road and Merry Lane in Applegate. Miles Alexander Herrington, 32, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 100 block of Ponderosa Way in Weimar. Jocelyn Frances Zetterbaum, 33, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 9000 block of Auburn Folsom Road in Granite Bay. Matthew James Patterson, 57, was arrested at 9:09 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the area of Eureka Road and Sky View Lane in Granite Bay. Debra Lynn Hale, 50, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on suspicion of three misdemeanor bench warrants in the 2200 block of Drive In Way in Auburn. William Manzer, 31, was arrested at 10:14 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 3000 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Kelsey Leigh McCauley, 26, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit in the area of Taylor Road and Oak Street in Loomis.
