July 20 Michelle Parada, 20, was arrested at 4 p.m. on suspicion of forging or possessing a fraudulent public seal and possession of burglary tools in the area of Harding and Lead Hill boulevards in Roseville. Christopher Axel LuceroVerdugo, 30, was arrested at 4 p.m. on suspicion of identity theft, forging or possessing a fraudulent public seal and possession of burglary tools in the area of Harding and Lead Hill boulevards in Roseville. Klint Thomas Hunter, 42, was arrested at 8:55 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence and robbery in the 900 block of Maidu Avenue in Nevada City. Toni Renee Hill, 36, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on suspicion of attempted auto theft, providing false identification to a police officer and parole violation in the 11400 block of F Avenue in Auburn. Ralph Anthony Roybal, 63, was arrested at 5:03 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license in the area of Placer Hills Road and S Auburn Street in Colfax. July 21 Vadim Sergeyevich Arushanov, 24, was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on suspicion of burglary and unlawfully causing a fire in the 7600 block of N Lake Boulevard in Tahoe Vista. Terrance Tyrone Doutherd, 34, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on suspicion of possession of cocaine or cocaine base for sale and concealing drugs in a false compartment in the area of Interstate 80 and Horseshoe Bar Road in Loomis. Breanne Delores Powell, 35, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the area of Highway 49 and Atwood Road in Auburn. Connor Philip Albury, 22, was arrested at 7:42 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 9900 block of Hadleigh Drive in Granite Bay. Darren Wayne Vonengeln, 32, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the area of Fiddyment Road and Athens Avenue in Lincoln. Tizok Francisco Moncivaiz, 47, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest and trespassing in the 2100 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Justin Martin Kleimann, 34, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, burglary, a misdemeanor bench warrant and conspiracy in the 8000 block of Morningside Drive in Granite Bay. Sabryna Deanne Smith, 27, was arrested at 10:39 p.m. on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, burglary and conspiracy in the 8000 block of Morningside Drive in Granite Bay. July 22 Avery Nicholas Jennings, 36, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol content over the legal limit in the area of Granlibakken Road and W Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City. David Paul Winiker, 68, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession and possession of a controlled substance for sale in the 7600 block of Beach Court in Tahoe Vista. Bradford Arthur Angier, 39, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 2500 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Breanne Delores Powell, 35, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on suspicion of child endangerment and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the area of Atwood Road and Highway 49 in Auburn. John Joseph Fontana, 26, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant and possession of a narcotic substance in the 3100 block of Boyington Road in Penryn. Elmin Adolfo Cante Chabac, 32, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 8200 block of N Lake Boulevard in Kings Beach. Cody Wilson Edward Webb, 27, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on suspicion of a fugitive from justice warrant, domestic battery and felony vandalism in the 1000 block of Commonwealth Drive in Kings Beach. July 23 Kirsten Ashley Flores, 31, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery in the 8400 block of E Hidden Lakes Drive in Granite Bay. David Starling Ledbetter, 36, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on suspicion of violating a restraining order in the 200 block of Nevada Street in Auburn. Lynnette Kathryn Beretta, 37, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 11400 block of W E Avenue in Auburn. Jesse Roy White, 42, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant, possession of a controlled substance and probation violation in the Interstate 80 area of Gold Run. Jacob Christian Smith, 40, was arrested at 7:28 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 23300 block of Milk Ranch Road in Colfax.
