Folsom incident report: Mail theft, stolen medication, credit card fraud

Those appearing in the following crime report have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. June 10 Levi Weseloh, 32, of Carmichael was cited at 11:45 p.m. on suspicion of possession of medication without a prescription, possession of a controlled substance and meth possession in the 1100 block of E Bidwell Street. Leonard Hohman, 61, of Folsom was arrested at 8:35 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a peace officer in the area of Riley and Leidesdorff streets. Rhonda Bean, 38, of Sacramento was cited at 4:30 p.m. on suspicion of shoplifting in the 2300 block of Iron Point Road. Shoplifting was reported at 4:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street after $1,000 worth of merchandise was stolen from a store. Rashaan Jones, 25, of Folsom was cited at 3:10 a.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession and possession of medication without a prescription in the 500 block Mill Street. A burglary was reported at 3 a.m. in the area of Wool and Sutter streets after a laptop was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Breanna Harris, 29, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of driving or taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. Jamal Warren, 36, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of an outstanding warrant. The arrests took place in the area of E Bidwell Street and Placerville Road. June 11 Truc Vuong, 43, of Folsom was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication in the 300 block of Seaton Drive. Anthony Davigo, 23, of Folsom was cited at 3 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Stafford Street. Shoplifting was reported at 2:20 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after four shirts, valued at $800, were stolen from a store. Mail theft was reported at 10:55 a.m. in the area of Barnhill Drive and Bullion Lane. Unknown suspect(s) accessed a cluster mailbox using a key. Theft was reported at 9:55 a.m. in the 2700 block of E Bidwell Street after a key was stolen from a lock box that was pried open. Tyler Flickenger, 37, of Shingle Springs was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on suspicion of taking or driving a vehicle without the owner's consent and buying or receiving a stolen vehicle. Rebecca Rudolph, 37, of Folsom was arrested on suspicion of an outstanding warrant. The arrests took place in the area of Prairie City and Iron Point roads. Vandalism was reported at 1:15 a.m. in the 1100 block of Riley Street after a window of a business was broken. June 12 Fraud was reported at 5:55 p.m. in the 2000 block of Hidden Falls Street after more than $4,000 was fraudulently charged to a credit card. Shoplifting was reported at 2:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street after three unknown suspects stole more than $1,000 worth of Nike apparel. A burglary was reported at 1:20 p.m. in the 100 block of Healthy Way after a vehicle was broken into on June 11. A Dodge Ram was reported stolen at 10:40 a.m. in the 1100 block of Sibley Street. A theft was reported at 10:35 a.m. in the 1700 block of Creekside Drive after a catalytic converter was stolen sometime between May 31 and June 12. Mail theft was reported at 8:50 a.m. in the 100 block of Clifton Court after medications were stolen from a mailbox on June 10. Cameron Pope, 29, and Jesse Ramirez, 47, both of Tracy, were arrested at 1:35 a.m. on suspicion of identity theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy, paraphernalia possession, mail theft and possession of burglary tools in the 1300 block of Fong Street.
