Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Threats, public nuisance, hit-and-runs

Dec. 9 Joseph Elias White, 23, was arrested at 3:28 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Dec. 10 Arnold Irell Baker, 58, was arrested on suspicion of felony reckless evading, evading with disregard to safety and resisting arrest. Justin Anthony Costigan, 31, was arrested at 2:08 p.m. on suspicion of a bench warrant for possession of brass knuckles and a warrant out of Sutter County in the area of H and 9th streets in Sheridan. Jacob Arthur Mosley, 34, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and resisting arrest. Timothy John Irving Pettit, 36, was arrested on suspicion of threatening a public official and trespassing. Dec. 11 Joshua Michael Laforce, 31, was arrested at 10:46 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and an outside felony warrant in the area of PFE and Antelope roads in Roseville. Christopher Garcelian Brophy, 45, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on suspicion of a bench warrant for trespassing and a bench warrant for maintaining a public nuisance in the 1900 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Michael Louis Castagna, 58, was arrested on suspicion of a bench warrant for violating a court order. Laura Lea Heilsberg, 54, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. on suspicion of a warrant for elder theft in the area of Atwood Road and Richardson Drive in Auburn. Darin Marceles Houser, 57, was arrested on suspicion of a warrant for identity theft. Corey Allen Locicero, 43, was arrested on suspicion of bench warrants for possession of a controlled substance for sale and meth possession. Ben Maman Morton, 27, was arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, vandalism, conspiracy and misdemeanor hit and run. Robert Arther Niles, 67, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Jose Mario Sortsaenz, 45, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. on suspicion of bench warrants for paraphernalia possession and possession of a controlled substance, and a warrant out of Sacramento County in the 2300 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Umasai Sanket Vadlamani, 27, was arrested on suspicion of taking a vehicle without owner's consent, vandalism, conspiracy and misdemeanor hit and run. Dec. 12 Joshua Shane Allende, 21, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on suspicion of a warrant for possession of a controlled substance for sale in the 5700 block of Webb Street in Loomis. Justice Terrace Burgett, 31, was arrested on suspicion of identity theft and a warrant out of Sacramento County. Dustin Jay Myers, 32, was arrested on suspicion of probation violation. Daniel Oneil, 62, was arrested at 8:38 a.m. on suspicion of a bench warrant for domestic violence, two warrants out of El Dorado County and a Tuolumne County warrant in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Robert Simeon Poling, 28, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. on suspicion of a bench warrant for criminal threats and a warrant out of El Dorado County in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Michael Anthony Stanko, 51, was arrested on suspicion of knowingly re-entering a gambling establishment, and two warrants out of Kern County. Dec. 13 Kenneth Edward Thomas Andersen, 31, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Ryan Alexander Davis, 31, was arrested on suspicion of probation violation. Ashden Marie Russell, 28, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on suspicion of a bench warrant for identity theft and warrants out of Yuba and Sutter counties in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Denise Sherri Young, 54, was arrested on suspicion of assault and two bench warrants for driving while license suspended or revoked for DUI. Robert Anthony Morauski, 34, was arrested at 3:18 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant and two outside misdemeanor warrants in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville.
