Folsom incident report: Altered firearm ID, stolen documents, gas tank vandalism

Those appearing in the following crime report have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Jan. 7 Mark Cole, 37, of Sacramento was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm, vehicle registration fraud, possession of a controlled substance, altering a firearm's identification information and driving without a license following a traffic stop in the area of Scholar Way and E Bidwell Street. A Hyundai Sonata was reported stolen at 11:50 a.m in the 500 block of Willard Drive. The vehicle was reportedly stolen sometime between Dec. 30 and Jan. 7. A burglary was reported at 10:15 a.m. in the 1300 block of Forrest Street after a front door was broken and an ATM was stolen sometime overnight. A burglary was reported at 8:40 a.m. in the 1900 block of Caversham Way after two firearms were stolen from a residence. Erika Calles, 31, of Sacramento was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence in the 200 block of Talisman Drive. Jan. 8 Anthony Barcelos, 37, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Iron Point Road. Shoplifting was reported at 6:52 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after three unknown suspects reportedly stole $3,200 worth of merchandise from a store. Christopher Terry, 50, of North Highlands, and Joshua Graf, 41, were cited at 5:23 p.m. on suspicion of petty theft in the 400 block of Blue Ravine Road. A burglary was reported at 5:10 p.m. in the 300 block of S Lexington Drive after a storage locker was broken into. A burgundy Chevrolet Suburban was reported stolen at 2:53 p.m. from a parking lot in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard. Raul Esquivel-Valencia, 28, of Elk Grove was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit following a traffic collision in the area of American River Canyon Drive and Oak Avenue Parkway. A burglary was reported at 9:40 a.m. in the area of E Bidwell Street and Southpointe Drive after multiple pieces of equipment were stolen from a construction site. Osmar Esteban, 33, was arrested at 7:53 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant and possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in the area of E Natoma Street and Green Valley Road. A Skid Steer bucket was reported stolen at 7:32 a.m. in the 3400 block of Margauex Drive. Jan. 9 Taylor Harris, 24, of Folsom was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession, resisting arrest and meth possession in the 1000 block of Riley Street. Guadalupe Arce, 68, was arrested at 9:29 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs in the area of Folsom Auburn Road and Oak Avenue. A burglary was reported at 6:59 p.m. in the 200 block of Lexington Drive after important documents were stolen from a residence. A burglary was reported at 11:18 a.m. in the 400 block of Blue Ravine Road after a medical backpack was stolen from a business. Shoplifting was reported at 10:45 a.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after $850 worth of clothing was stolen from a store. Jan. 10 A burglary was reported at 3:25 p.m. in the 1000 block of Blue Ravine Road after miscellaneous items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Lori Ruebel, 58, of Orangevale was arrested at 3:13 p.m. on suspicion of driving or taking a vehicle without consent following a traffic stop in the 2700 block of E Bidwell Street. Vandalism was reported at 7:14 a.m. in the 400 block of Natoma Station Drive after a hole was drilled in the gas tank of a vehicle. Zachary Hollman, 23, of Folsom was cited at 1:01 a.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the area of Wales and McKiernan drives. Jan. 11 Shoplifting was reported at 5:13 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after three unknown suspects reportedly stole $2,500 worth of merchandise from a store. Shoplifting was reported at 5:03 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after $650 worth of merchandise was stolen from a store. Olivia Magombo, 20, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. on suspicion of possession of burglary tools and shoplifting in the 1000 block of Riley Street. Burton Rowe, 43, of Sacramento was cited at 12:47 p.m. on suspicion of shoplifting in the 1000 block of Riley Street.
