Auburn arrest report: 5 DUI arrests, 3 DUI collisions, 2 repeat offenders

Feb. 28 Christopher James Gates, 30, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon (not a firearm) and child abuse on Douglas Road at Dover Lane. Feb. 27 Allen Arthur Arnbrister, 60, was arrested at 3:58 a.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance on the 200 block of Cherry Avenue. Feb. 25 Kristin Michelle Cummins, 57, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 300 block of Sacramento Street. Albert Michael Cancino, 57, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on the 300 block of Elm Avenue. Henry James Hamilton, 44, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. on suspicion of resisting a peace officer, driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, driving while license is suspended for a prior DUI and for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants on Elm Avenue and High Street. Feb. 22 Marvin Edward Whitley, 62, was arrested at 5 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and committing a hit and run with property damage on the 3000 block of Eagles Nest. Feb. 21 Maurice Provat Wimberly, 49, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on suspicion of resisting a peace officer and drunk and disorderly conduct on Auburn Ravine Road at Oaktree Drive. Holly Elizabeth Blomquist, 49, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on the 12100 block of Persimmon Terrace. Jackson Alan Addison, 19, was arrested at 9 a.m. on suspicion of hit and run with property damage on the 800 block of Mikkelsen Drive. Feb. 20 William Villano, 41, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia and for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on the 300 block of Elm Avenue. Feb. 19 William Thomas Costanzo, 23, was arrested at 11:09 p.m. on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia and for an outstanding felony warrant on the 100 block of Grass Valley Highway. Arturo Ojeda, 40, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit resulting in a vehicle accident on the 1200 block of High Street. Feb. 17 Elias Cruz-Cordova, 41, was arrested at 4:41 p.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit, driving while license is suspended for a prior DUI and for a vehicle accident on the 300 block of Elm Avenue. Feb. 13 Forrest Waymire, 31, was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on suspicion of resisting a peace officer and drunk and disorderly conduct on the 900 block of Lincoln Way. Brian Kevin Halvorson, 59, was arrested at 4:32 p.m. on suspicion of hit-and-run collision with property damage on the 1200 block of Lincoln Way. Feb. 11 Brenden Allan Baker, 30, was arrested at 10:01 p.m. on suspicion of elder abuse on the 200 block of Herrington Drive. Sophia Gracemarie Prust, 22, was arrested at 1:35 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Blocker Drive at Hidden Creek Drive. Feb. 8 James R Miller Hernandez, 30, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on Locksley Lane at Highway 49.
