Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Camping in public area, illegal dumping, annoying phone calls

May 10 Carlos Miguel Villalobos, 38, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. May 16 Juan Pedro Sanchez, 41, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a stolen vehicle, transporting or selling meth, meth possession and paraphernalia possession. Jody Brandon Simon, 55, was arrested at 8:49 p.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor bench warrant for paraphernalia possession in the 1600 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. Taylor Lyn Thorton, 27, was arrested at 8:13 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn. Ian Tomlin, 49, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the Athens Avenue area of Lincoln. May 17 Ronnie Williams, 49, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant, a misdemeanor bench warrant and parole violation in the 1000 block of Civic Center Boulevard in Yuba City. Elizabeth Ashlee Rodrigues, 19, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant and three misdemeanor bench warrants in the 2200 block of Highway 49 in Auburn. May 18 Steven Emmitt Bitetti, 40, was arrested on suspicion of camping in a public area. Kent Leon Hern, 65, was arrested on suspicion of battery. Kayla Beth Tipton, 44, was arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism and possession of a controlled substance. May 19 Willis Dwayne Barth, 62, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, being under the influence of a controlled substance, trespassing and illegal dumping of waste. Jennifer Cooper, 43, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on suspicion of theft or misappropriation of property, a misdemeanor Yuba County warrant for meth possession and a misdemeanor Yuba County warrant for vandalism at Thunder Valley Casino. Blaine Allen Green, 40, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, committing a felony while on bail or own-recognizance release and resisting arrest. Sean Nickelas Legino, 34, was arrested on suspicion of assault with the intent to commit a felony, domestic violence, child endangerment and damaging a communication device to prevent help. Luke William Peabody, 22, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for domestic battery in the 2500 block of Bell Road in Auburn. Jeniffer Lynn Santos, 42, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession. Christopher Shane White, 47, was arrested at 11:37 a.m. on suspicion of felony reckless evading, possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession, resisting arrest and a felony bench warrant for violation of post-release community supervision in the 200 block of Carolyn Street in Auburn. May 20 Robert Joseph Lafleur, 31, was arrested on suspicion of stalking, making annoying phone calls, possession of a controlled substance and meth possession. Antonio Miguel Martinez, Jr., 36, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and transportation or sale of meth. Jessie James Mercuris, 51, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on suspicion of felony bench warrant for vandalism in the area of Watt Avenue and Baseline Road in Roseville. Jonathan Myers, 36, was arrested on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for transporting or selling a controlled substance. Jordan Terrel Pattersonsimmons, 23, was arrested on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for failing to file a change of address as a registered sex offender and a felony bench warrant for grand theft. Rick Lee Byrd, 65, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.
