Auburn incident report: Railroad camp cleanup, evading an officer and 5 DUIs

May 25 Ian Robert Sherman, 26, was arrested at 11:08 a.m. on suspicion of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety, driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on eastbound I-80 at Maple Street. Terry Lee Hoffman, 42, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. on suspicion of disorderly conduct under the influence of drugs on Auburn Folsom Road and Herdal Drive. Isabel Rosa Medina, 21, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on the 100 block of Grass Valley Highway. May 24 Aubrey Nicole Chapman, 19, was arrested at 2:54 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and driving while license is suspended for a prior DUI on Kevin Court at Eckard Way. May 23 Susan Marie Ornellas, 45, was arrested at 11:29 a.m. on suspicion of possession of unlawful paraphernalia, vandalism resulting in $400 or more in damage and disorderly conduct loitering on the 1100 block of Lincoln Way. May 22 Auburn Police Department's Problem Oriented Policing team joined forces with Union Pacific Railroad to clean up Team Track Road near the railroad tracks. This area had debris left from previous campers, and the department wanted to ensure Auburn remains beautiful and up to our community's expectations. May 21 John Michael Robbins Jr., 33, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. for an outstanding felony warrant on the 10900 block of Blocker Drive. May 20 Bernard Jobe Williams, 59, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on the 400 block of Grass Valley Highway. May 19 Kristin Michelle Cummins, 57, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on suspicion of trespassing, elder abuse and threatening a crime with intent to terrorize on the 300 block of Sacramento Street. May 18 Kenneth Ryan Koch, 43, was arrested at 8:01 p.m. on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent on Auburn Folsom Road at Lincoln Way. Riley David Beames, 27, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit on Lincoln Way at Harrison Avenue. Mayda Antonia Vazquez, 33, was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit and for being an unlicensed driver on eastbound I-80 at Penryn. May 17 Casey Lynn Rieboldt, 40, was arrested at 6:08 a.m. on suspicion of resisting a peace officer, battery and elder abuse on the 1600 block of High Street. May 16 Morgan Kyle Yancey, 37, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. on suspicion of drunk and disorderly conduct on the 100 block of Sacramento Street. Charles Lindsey Spurlock, 44, was arrested at 10:05 a.m. on suspicion of violation of a felony parole and for an outstanding felony warrant on the 300 block of Elm Avenue. Weston Vaughn Tarrant, 33, was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon that is not a firearm on the 13500 block of Bowman Road. Luis Enrique Alanis, 31, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant on eastbound I-80 at Penryn.
