Folsom incident report: Underage DUI, warrants, stolen safe

Those appearing in the following crime report have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. May 24 Demetrios Moustakas, 48, of Folsom was cited at 10:26 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest in the 700 block of Gold Lake Drive. A Honda Civic was reported stolen at 1:21 p.m. in the 1200 block of Creekside Drive. Travis Ramsey, 36, of Sacramento was cited at 12:19 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Iron Point Road. Vandalism was reported at 9:18 a.m. after a building in the 200 block of Scott Street was spray painted. Robert Savarese, 54, of Denver, Colorado, was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 50 block of Natoma Street. May 25 James Wolfe, 38, of Rancho Cordova was arrested at 8:56 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest, meth possession and outstanding warrants in the 600 block of E Bidwell Street. Shoplifting was reported at 7:27 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after two unknown suspects reportedly stole items from a store. Shoplifting was reported at 6:45 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after two unknown suspects reportedly stole $1,600 worth of merchandise from a store. Shoplifting was reported at 6:36 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after an unknown suspect reportedly stole a canvas bag filled with items from a store. Shoplifting was reported at 4:11 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after three unknown suspects reportedly stole eight pairs of shoes from a store. Justin Carty, 34, of Sacramento was arrested at 1:02 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant, meth possession and paraphernalia possession in the 1800 block of Prairie City Road. A burglary was reported at 7:20 a.m. in the 3500 block of Flicker Drive after unknown suspect(s) entered a residence through the side garage door. At the time of the report, it was unknown what was stolen but credit cards were later fraudulently used. Michael Cartwright, 58, of Folsom was cited at 1:26 a.m on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic collision in the area of E Bidwell Street and Hana Way. May 26 Timothy Mustain, 32, of Rancho Cordova was arrested at 10:17 p.m. on suspicion of outstanding warrants following a traffic collision in the area of E Natoma Street and Folsom Lake Crossing. Sondra Wagner, 55, of Folsom was arrested at 4:03 p.m. on suspicion of child endangerment, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit following a traffic stop in the area of Natoma Street and Fargo Way. Damian Cerqueda, 19, of Sacramento was cited at 12:27 a.m. on suspicion of underage DUI following a traffic stop in the area of Folsom Boulevard and Greenback Lane. May 27 Anthony Depalma, 32, of Cameron Park was cited at 9:58 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 1000 block of Riley Street. Terrill Lawson, 38, of Sacramento was arrested at 6:34 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard. Shoplifting was reported at 5:45 p.m. in the 2700 block of E Bidwell Street after $684 worth of merchandise was stolen from a store. A burglary was reported at 9:59 a.m. in the 30 block of American River Canyon Drive after electronics, a television, documents, a safe and cash were stolen from a residence sometime between May 26 and May 27. May 28 Justin Fryer, 53, of Folsom was cited at 10:19 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 100 block of Iron Point Road. Charity Ejiogu, 38, of Folsom was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery in the 200 block of McAdoo Drive. Shoplifting was reported at 4:15 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after three unknown suspects reportedly stole $1,400 worth of merchandise from a store. Tranese McHenry, 22, of Sacramento was arrested at 3:08 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop in the 12000 block of Folsom Boulevard. Myla Morse, 23, of Klamath Falls, Oregon, was cited at 1:25 p.m. on suspicion of meth possession in the 1000 block of Riley Street. Shoplifting was reported at 12 p.m. after a shirt was stolen from a store in the 300 block of Palladio Parkway. Robert Bader, 38, of Fair Oaks was cited at 9:20 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 100 block of Iron Point Road. Enoch Allen, 38, of Sacramento was cited at 9:15 a.m. on suspicion of trespassing in the 100 block of Parkshore Drive. May 29 Randy Carroll, 33, of Rancho Cordova was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on suspicion of receiving stolen property, grand theft and possession of burglary tools in the area of Orion and Verbena ways. Tyler Brady, 29, of Folsom was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant and giving false identification to police in the area of Glenn Drive and Riley Street. Emma Coller, 44, of Sacramento was arrested at 6:50 p.m. on suspicion of grand theft, conspiracy and an outstanding warrant. Helen Burton, 39, of Sacramento was arrested on suspicion of grand theft, conspiracy and unlawful use of tear gas. The arrests took place in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard. Fraud was reported at 5:09 p.m. in the 100 block of Blue Ravine Road after money was fraudulently obtained from an account. Shoplifting was reported at 4:53 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Boulevard after $760 worth of merchandise was stolen from a store. Chun Kim, 47, of Folsom was cited at 12:50 p.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the area of Iron Point Road and Folsom Boulevard. Randy Seidler, 67, of Lathrop was cited at 10 a.m. on suspicion of battery. Dara Tan, 54, of Sacramento was cited on suspicion of battery, false imprisonment and misdemeanor elder abuse. The citations took place in the 9500 block of Oak Avenue. Craig Pool, 44, of Folsom was cited at 8:30 a.m. on suspicion of an outstanding warrant in the 200 block of Iron Point Road. A burglary was reported at 3:38 a.m. in the 1300 block of Broadstone Parkway after a safe containing cash was stolen from a residence.
