Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Retail theft, animal cruelty, reckless driving

June 13 Ruth Anne Harden, 57, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. June 14 Michael Rene Franklin, 61, was arrested at 1:24 p.m. on suspicion of vandalism in the 2500 block of N Lake Boulevard in Tahoe City. Harvey Curtis Baker, 62, was arrested on suspicion of a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for receiving stolen property. Silas Quincy Waldemar, 34, was arrested at 12:48 p.m. on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 7100 block of Douglas Boulevard in Granite Bay. Chantelle Lisette Gardner, 38, was arrested at 9:38 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 40 block of E Grass Valley Street in Colfax. Ronald Keith Massey, 63, was arrested on suspicion of possession of drugs while armed, being a felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a leaded cane or baton, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, possession of tear gas, paraphernalia possession and a misdemeanor bench warrant for paraphernalia possession. June 15 Jeremy Dwight Whetstone, 48, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the Auburn Ravine Road area of Auburn. Michael James Hatzenbuehler, 46, was arrested at 11:17 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant in the 6500 block of Virginiatown Road in Newcastle. Thomas Francis Conroy, 78, was arrested on suspicion of knowingly re-entering a gambling establishment. Antwan Jarmar Davis, 41, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. June 16 James Ray Rasberry, 42, was arrested at 11:24 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant, an outside felony warrant and an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 9300 block of Chantry Hill Road in Newcastle. June 17 Mona Shakyria Benoit, 29, was arrested on suspicion of a felony warrant for burglary. Victor Hugo Cosigua, 43, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence and child endangerment. Ryan James McKiernan, 23, was arrested on suspicion of a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit. Sloan Austin Morrison, 28, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of probation violation. James Ray Rasberry, 42, was arrested on suspicion of a misdemeanor warrant for driving while license is suspended or revoked for DUI, a felony Nevada County warrant for false imprisonment and a misdemeanor Nevada County warrant for driving while license is suspended or revoked for DUI. Noah Lamar Guillermo Rivera, 45, was arrested on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for burglary and a felony Sacramento County warrant for vandalism. Donte Rasheed Sims, 30, was arrested on suspicion of a felony warrant for organized retail theft. Charles Ashley Young, 64, was arrested on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for theft. Thomas Wayne Freeman, 54, was arrested at 5:06 p.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for petty theft, three misdemeanor Nevada County warrants for trespassing and a felony Nevada County warrant for animal cruelty. June 18 Miguel Adamegonzalez, 31, was arrested on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol. Evan Andrew Carreras, 29, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession and public intoxication. Jameson Clay Durant, 23, was arrested on suspicion of probation violation. George Melvin Houk III, 42, was arrested on suspicion of a felony Yuba County warrant for committing a felony on bail or own-recognizance release. Lazar Ilonca, 59, was arrested on suspicion of theft of credit card information and a hold for the state of New York. Douglas Salvador Lee, 60, was arrested on suspicion of reckless driving. Daniel Lee Lindland, 41, was arrested on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for robbery and a misdemeanor bench warrant for vandalism. Christopher Merryl Miller, 32, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a leaded cane or baton, possession of medication without a prescription, possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia possession and meth possession.
