Miriam Heller 2/11/1936 - 6/3/2024

Miriam Barbara Heller, 88, of Folsom, CA, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2024 with her daughter by her side. She was born on February 11, 1936, in Philadelphia, PA to the late Max and Freda Adelman. Miriam is survived by her three children, eleven grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson. She leaves behind her oldest son Jeffrey Heller and his partner Diane Deards, three grandchildren Joshua, Jessicah, and Jonah, seven great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson; youngest son Mark Heller and his wife Sandra Heller, five grandchildren Jason, Stephanie, Ashley, Kristin, and Marco, and twelve great-grandchildren; only daughter Rana Church and her husband Bryan Church and two grandchildren Schyler and Matthew; and granddaughter Winter and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Sidney Heller in 1987 and grandson Justin Heller in 1996. Miriam was known for her unwavering dedication to her family, kindness, generosity, and spirited personality. Her playful and bold nature brought joy and laughter to everyone around her. She loved traveling the world, experiencing new places, playing games, and attending the theater. She was a top producing Avon representative for fifteen years while raising her four children. She then worked as the Operations Officer at Washington Mutual for eighteen years. A graveside service will be held at 11am on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Fair Oaks Cemetery District where she will be laid to rest next to her grandson. A memorial service will follow at her daughter's home in Folsom, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Tunnels to Towers and the Jewish Federation.
