Folsom police log: Fraud, shoplifting, grand theft

Editor's note: Those appearing in the following crime report have been arrested on suspicion of the crime indicated and presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Sept. 18 Vehicle burglary: At 7:40 p.m. in the 300 block of Palladio Parkway, unknown suspect(s) broke into a vehicle and stole a computer. Stolen vehicle: At 5:50 p.m. in the 2300 block of Iron Point Road, a Toyota Tacoma was reported stolen. Nha Dao, 39, of Roseville, was arrested for burglary at the 600 block of Hayes Way at 12:59 p.m. and booked at Sacramento County Jail. Sept. 19 Forgery/Fraud: An unknown suspect(s) entered a store and added altered gift cards to the store's gift card display at 3:09 p.m. in the 1800 block of Prairie City Road. Residential burglary: An unknown suspect(s) entered a garage of a residence in the 1100 block of Clemensen Circle at 2 p.m. and stole a bicycle. Sept. 20 Shoplifting: At 3:55 p.m. in the 13000 block of Folsom Blvd., five unknown suspect(s) stole about $2,900 worth of merchandise from a store. Forgery/Fraud: On Sept. 18, two unknown suspect(s) used two counterfeit $100 bills in the 1200 block of Riley Street at 2:09 p.m. Sept. 21 Willie Hudson, 35, of Oakland, was arrested for petty theft, violating a restraining order and having an outstanding warrant in the 1000 block of E Bidwell Street at 3:49 p.m. He was booked into Sacramento County Jail. Shoplifting: At 2:41 p.m. in the 1000 block of Riley Street, two unknown suspects stole fragrance products from a store. Skyler McConville, 26, of Folsom, was stopped in the area of E Bidwell and was cited for driving under the influence. Charles Sears, 48, of Orangevale, was stopped at Main Avenue and Madison and arrested for driving under the influence and driving a vehicle without a functioning ignition interlock device (IID); he was booked into Sacramento County Jail. Sept. 22 Grand theft: At 12:16 p.m. in the 700 block of Oak Avenue Parkway, unknown suspect(s) stole a Santa Cruz 12-speed bicycle. David Yelle, 61, of Folsom, was stopped at Oak Avenue Parkway and Baldwin Dam Road and arrested for driving under the influence. He was booked at Sacramento County Jail.
