Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Vehicular manslaughter, switchblade possession, felon arrests

March 4 Ashley Nicole Boyer, 33, was arrested on suspicion of driving or taking a vehicle without consent, possession of a stolen vehicle and resisting arrest. Tarron Cory Brown, 29, was arrested on suspicion of a felony warrant for vehicular manslaughter. Richard Frank Carrola Jr., 44, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of probation violation. Robert Kelley Gibson, 67, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a leaded cane or baton and public intoxication. Russ Edward Hittle, 62, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. William J. Richter III, 65, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. March 3 Jeremy Daniel Ahmed, 38, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle in Sacramento. Joshua Evan Gelfand, 35, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor bench warrant for possession of a controlled substance in Sacramento. Charlotte Leetisha Porter, 52, was arrested on suspicion of trespassing. Jay Alex Riley, 34, was arrested on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Kathryn Anne Risso, 32, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for grand theft in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Jesus Tena, 32, was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for possession of a controlled substance for sale in the 200 block of 5th Street in Marysville. Austin Mycha Warren, 33, was arrested at 9:14 a.m. on suspicion of a felony warrant for conspiracy in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. March 2 Manuel Flute, 23, was arrested on suspicion of vandalism, probation violation, domestic battery, brandishing a weapon or firearm and resisting arrest. Cesar Orlando Garcia II, 23, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Thomas Fredrick Guebara Jr., 42, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. Timothy Antoine James, 50, was arrested at 3:29 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor Sacramento County warrant for driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit in the area of Industrial Avenue and South Loop Road in Rocklin. Terance Douglas Knorpp, 44, was arrested on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender and a misdemeanor warrant for indecent exposure. Kyle William Papke, 29, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on suspicion of a felony Ramey warrant for domestic violence in the 1000 block of Azure Court in Roseville. Jasson Smit Valencia Jaramillo, 30, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. March 1 Gary Dean Bailey, 27, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Mark Lewis Bray, 45, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, trespassing and paraphernalia possession. Faith Rosemarie Daniels, 20, was arrested on suspicion of bringing contraband into a jail or prison, vandalism, possession of a controlled substance, destroying or concealing evidence, paraphernalia possession and probation violation. Feb. 28 Rmontie Emanuel Jackson, 21, was arrested at 8:53 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Kiale Brycelen Duncan, 33, was arrested at 11 a.m. on suspicion of a felony Sacramento County warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm in the area of Val Verde and Rasmussen roads in Loomis. Viyaliy Nikolayevich Maltsev, 35, was arrested at 8:53 a.m. on suspicion of two misdemeanor bench warrants in Sacramento. Jeanine Ethelwyn Owen, 66, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in Sacramento. Jaycob Meinke, 22, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on suspicion of carrying a loaded firearm, being a felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a controlled substance while armed, carrying a concealed weapon, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a large-capacity magazine, committing a felony while on bail or own recognizance, transport or sale of meth, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a switchblade and a hold for the state of Nevada in the 11800 block of Go For Broke Road in Roseville. Ronald Allen Lawrence, 43, was arrested at 8:52 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Jose Dejesus Bracamontes, 35, was arrested at 6:43 p.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the PFE Road area of Roseville. Jason Wesley Reddig, 48, was arrested at 8:01 a.m. on suspicion of an outside misdemeanor warrant in the 100 block of Fulweiler Avenue in Auburn.
