Award-winning local author to give presentation for Friends of Auburn Library

McHenry is a local author who has written two award-winning books about her life as a park ranger. Her latest book, Tales From a Rogue Ranger, is an eye-popping account chronicling her escapades at Folsom Lake and the Auburn State Recreation Area. From drug busts and drunken brawls to teen romance on display, from an attack goose to a pot-bellied pig on the loose, McHenry regales her readers with madcap adventures as a California State Park Ranger working in the American River Canyon.
