Vixen Dames bring vintage burlesque, circus to Auburn

Step right up and be transported to a world where dazzling cabaret and burlesque meets the old-world circus. Enjoy a night of sultry burlesque, acrobat artistry, comedic relief and mysterious ringmasters ... a theatrical experience with a vintage circus flair. Dress to impress as The Vixen Dames bring a night of seduction, spectacle and surreal circus charm with "A Night at the Cabaret" on Saturday, May 24, at the Odd Fellows Lodge. Leave the ordinary at the door. The Vixen Dames are a local performance group from the Auburn area. Co-Directors Chaundra Martino and Jacquelyn Fries are excited to produce this show in their hometown. With all local performances from artists throughout the area, it is sure to be a fabulous evening. The burlesque show will run about two hours. After that, a DJ will be playing so stay a while, drink and dance with the performers. Doors open to VIP guests at 7 p.m., and general admission doors open at 7:30. The show begins at 8. Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the door. VIP tickets are available for those who want to start the festivities early. General seating is first come first serve; please arrive early to get your seats. After the first 100 tickets, it is standing room only. This is a 21-and-over event. Please have IDs with you.
