Todd Steven Chalk, 54, was booked at 11:55 a.m. on suspicion of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14. Russ Edward Hittle, 62, was booked at 12:06 a.m. on suspicion of public intoxication. Monica Danielle Milnes, 42, was booked at 11:33 a.m. on suspicion of paraphernalia possession, robbery, possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, violating a court order, possession of a controlled substance and petty theft.
