These natural light frequencies help regulate our melatonin and cortisol production, telling the body, "It's time to wake up," or, "It's time to wind down." So, if you're looking to boost your mood, sleep better and align your body with nature's rhythm, step outside during sunrise or sunset. Breathe it in.
