Placer County Sheriff's arrest log: Counterfeit item possession, substance thrown at car, retail theft with intent

June 19 Albert James Copeland II, 51, was booked at 3:39 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions. Matthew William Smith, 36, was booked at 2:48 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession. Michael Richard Evans, 31, was arrested at 8 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for identity theft, a misdemeanor bench warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor bench warrant for possession of counterfeit items in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Eric Daniel Brock, 41, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for attempted murder in Lyon County. Daniel Dashaun Ballenger, 21, was arrested at 9 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for being a felon in possession of a firearm and a misdemeanor bench warrant for battery in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Anthony Ray Drayton Jr., 36, was arrested at 6:55 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for evading an officer with wanton disregard for safety in San Francisco County. Christopher Lee Gruber, 65, was booked at 8:08 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle and driving or taking a vehicle without consent. John Dean Alcala, 42, was booked at 11:58 p.m. on suspicion of public intoxication. Bryan James Baumann, 46, was booked at 8:14 p.m. on suspicion of arson. June 18 Semiramis Soha, 43, was booked at 12:38 a.m. on suspicion of domestic violence, assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment. Mario Parra, 54, was booked at 5:10 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with two or more prior convictions. Frances Irene Marie Hammonds, 35, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. on suspicion of grand theft in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Omar Jose Rodriguez, 30, was arrested at 7:06 a.m. on suspicion of misappropriation of property, paraphernalia possession and petty theft in the 12500 block of Bruceville Road in Elk Grove. Rickie Eugene Shepherd, 26, was booked at 1:03 p.m. on suspicion of throwing a substance at a vehicle. Vincent Anthony Guifreda, 32, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on suspicion of driving with a license suspended for DUI in the 13300 block of Lincoln Way in Auburn. Michael Gentry, 39, was arrested at 1:44 p.m. on suspicion of grand theft in the area of Fiddyment Road and Sunset Boulevard W in Roseville. Edward A. Dzhangetov, 45, was booked at 4:54 p.m. on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia possession. June 17 Ilissa Cheriese Bobst, 38, was booked at 12:46 p.m. on suspicion of violating a court order. Dawn Marie Yarrington, 41, was booked at 12:34 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a shopping or laundry cart. Cassandra Michelle Duerr Williams, 31, was arrested at 7:49 a.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more prior convictions in Sacramento. Mercedez Angel Martinez, 31, was arrested at 7:55 a.m. on suspicion of smuggling a controlled substance into a jail facility and identity theft in Tooele County, Utah. Lucas James Dunning, 32, was arrested at 7:48 a.m. on suspicion of organized retail theft with the intent to sell, exchange or return the merchandise for value in Sacramento. Antonio Nelson, 52, was arrested at 8:40 a.m. on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in the 600 block of I Street in Sacramento. Phillip Carl Hass, 48, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on suspicion of being a felon in possession of ammunition in Richmond. Tony Lee Bower, 35, was arrested at 7:52 a.m. on suspicion of violation of post-release community supervision in Alameda County. Joshua Allen Gwaltney, 33, was booked at 4:41 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest. Jason Dean Long, 44, was booked at 8:29 p.m. on suspicion of domestic battery. Lance Hale, 39, was arrested at 3:39 a.m. on suspicion of two outside felony warrants in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive in Auburn.
