Nolan Randell Rapier, 48, was booked at 1:51 p.m. on suspicion of resisting arrest. Jesse Phariss, 22, was booked at 11:25 p.m. on suspicion of sodomy by force or fear, criminal threats, burglary and violating a court order. Lorelei Lynette Brooks, 41, was booked at 11:16 a.m. on suspicion of petty theft with two or more prior convictions, paraphernalia possession and fighting in public. Nicholas Anthony Russell, 33, was booked at 3:47 p.m. on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Cameron Christopher Dennis, 30, was booked at 3:23 p.m. on suspicion of burglary. Amanda Monica Rodiguez, 38, was arrested at 7:14 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for identity theft in Sacramento. Richard Dean Means, 41, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for identity theft in Sacramento. Andrew Stuart Voyez, 56, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for burglary and a misdemeanor bench warrant for driving with a license suspended or revoked for DUI in Yuba County. Logan Samuel Peabody, 28, was arrested at 7:13 a.m. on suspicion of a misdemeanor bench warrant for driving under the influence of drugs in Sacramento. Tabitha Kay Gillaspy, 36, was booked at 4:02 p.m. on suspicion of identity theft, polluting near water and illegal squatting. Shamaya Marlena Watts, 31, was booked at 10:20 a.m. on suspicion of petty theft. Daniel Alan Evitt, 49, was booked at 10:46 a.m. on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender and parole violation. Kenny Rafael Plasencia Ramirez, 30, was arrested at 7:06 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for burglary in Sacramento. Alissa Jean Clark, 34, was arrested at 7:05 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for identity theft in Sacramento. John Paul Jones, 37, was arrested at 7:03 a.m. on suspicion of a felony bench warrant for conspiracy, a misdemeanor bench warrant for paraphernalia possession and a misdemeanor bench warrant for possession of a leaded cane or baton in Yuba County. Theodore Danford Morton, 52, was arrested on suspicion of an outside felony warrant in the 3200 block of Industrial Avenue in Lincoln.
